Way too soon to judge Utd, as a fan it’s great to watch them play the football they have in the last two games, it’s about keeping that going and getting CL football and building.
Carrick and his team are at present making a difference irrespective of whys and wherefore that have been prior.
Amorim came to Utd too soon ( that was a pressure put on him by the top brass) and he’s gone, Carrick I thought was the better choice at this time and so far he’s doing good. Yes he’s a legend and that certainly helps and he at present is saving the top guards bacon
Definitely the major issues at the club are top brass and owners but that ain’t going to change anytime soon
For me as a Utd fan, I’m enjoying watching them actually play football and hope it continues, let’s face it, it’s easy to lose faith but harder to keep faith.
No good looking at results against Wolves, Everton etc, what’s done is done, move on and take each game at a time.
TBF they have nothing else this season so can rest and get practice on the training pitch and try and build to finish top 4
Liverpool are going through a really bad patch but are still up there, 3 or 4 games strung together and they can get back on track ( hopefully not!)
City are there, Arsenal well it’s their premiership to lose,
I’ll keep watching Utd whatever the outcome, but obviously hope for the best…that’s what you do as a fan, keep the faith through thick and thin
