Enjoying Gotham so far..
In Under the Dome it just seems like they are making it up
as they go along (but still can't stop watching)
Extant was a great series too.
Just finished watching Penny Dreadful which was really good

Just went to love film to pre order the 2nd season of under the dome, thanks for the heads up, now just keeping my fingers crossed another network picks up on terranova.

Anyone else watched the following?, really enjoying it, I presume it was for TV as its episodes, just had disk 3 land so no spoilers please, but if twisted individuals are your thing, you'll love it.

Sorry for hijacking, but instead of starting a new thread on basically the same topic,
I'm in need of a good sci-fi series, you guys know of a decent one?
Seen lots, and no, I'm not interested in Doctor Who....

Its as old as the hill's but was great at the time, not sure if you'll manage to find it as they to my knowledge have never repeated it, but the old series of Logan's run was great (not the film)

EDIT - I'll second Babylon 5 great show, got all 5 seasons on DVD, though the follow on crusade is not so hot & got cancelled, has Jin in it from lost & speaking of Lost - last episode WTF :?

It was indeed, but there are rumors another network may yet pick it up, but from what I have read it may come at a huge price, as each episode had a huuuuge budget & its likely if anyone else picks up the gauntlet that they will not be able to spend half as much per episode.

Fingers crossed though as i think it had a lot of scope to get even better.

I watched the first series of the following which was good but a
bit disturbing, didn't bother with the second series tho

Yes pretty disturbing, but gripping, though disturbed is humanity in general ain't it? :lol: do you know if season 2 it the conclusion?

Been thinking of watching Logan's run, but as it's an oldie I don't know if I can... (Tried to watch the original BSG, I lasted 15 minutes...)
Loved Lost though, so much I'm considering watching the whole series again...

Watched Extant(crap), Dominion(crap), started on the Strain(crap), started on the Last Ship(crap), they all fall short, Babylon 5 I've watched when it aired....
Started on Forever now(cheeeeeesy), Gotham(feels half-hearted), The Flash(sooo cheesy, but can be awesome), Z nation(crappy acting, but more action than TWD so far),
Marvels agents of shield(don't get me started), Resurrection(why do they make **** like these shows these days)
Cancelled my Netflix sub as I lost my mediahint, not a great loss, but not having the US selection it's not worth it...

Wow, I really need to do something else don't I, looks like I'm glued to the TV if I'm not working... :lol:

Just started watching Marco Polo on Netflix. Very well shot, glossy and watchable. I don't think the story telling is quite on a par with Vikings and Blacksails which are comparable shows over on Amazon, but it is an enjoyable watch and it has a second season commissioned.

I know it is a very very old show but finally watch all of the US office, nine seasons in a month (There's a crowded house song in there somewhere). So funny and enjoyable and very much its own show, not just a clone of the UK version.
