i think the must watch ones for me are:

Walking Dead
Breaking Bad
Game of Thrones
Sons of Anarchy
Dexter

and if you want some zombie fun Znation.

I was amused that the next 4 episodes of game of thrones have leaked :) givs me something to watch at the gym now

I'm half way through the second season of Breaking Bad and really enjoying it. Seems to get better and better.

Thinking about Game of Thrones next, but not sure whether the misses will like it?

It cannot be said enough. Game of thrones is mandatory viewing for all... If you have a TV then it is an insult to all those that worked tirelessly to provide you with such a technological wonder not to watch game of thrones...

In all seriousness, it is possibly one of the greatest, most ambitions, brutal, shocking and absorbing shows ever made, and the season five opener tonight was one of the best openers for a few years. Bring on the next ten weeks :)

Yep great 1st episode of season 5

Been binging on tv lately - Netflix is great for picking a series and just watching episode after episode, none of this waiting for a week between shows carry on :D

Breaking bad
House of cards
and now on to season 4 of Dexter

Don't watch crap reality tv or soaps that's why I like Netflix so much, it's just so handy to watch good quality tv when I have the time. Does mean I end up watching tv in to the wee small hours though

Am I the only one who doesn't like G.O.T?
I watched the first, and possibly the second, episodes of the first series. It was basically a soft core porno with bloody good production values. If I want to watch shagging there are, apparently, sites on the internet where I can do that. The actual plot just seemed a bit.......meh.
I left the missus to watch the rest, she seems to like it. But I was bored and gave up.

I'm with you, cut out the soft core and make it a thirty minute episode and it'd probably be ok

Soft porn in it!? It's about 40% tits and arse from what I remember. Ohh and a disturbing amount of full frontals on nude guys. Those are Andy's favourite bits. :?

the first series does have a lot of tits in it but its chilled a lot now, its such an awesome show, gotta try it, surprised weasel hasnt carried on after all there is dwarf sex, mens arses and drag queens :P

Justified season 6 - simply great, going to enjoy every second of these last 13 episodes

Can't get enough of The Goldbergs! Funny, yet has a real charm to it. Love all the SW and other 80's references. Really reminds me of growing up in the 80's. Big Tasty's the man!

Totally agree Cazza!
My favorite programme by a mile at the moment. I watch all the more popular big budget and big fuss series and enjoy them, no question, but The Goldberg's is just an Americanised version of mine and my brothers childhood and so many things just make me roll around laughing each episode.
I guess the simplest way to explain it to anyone who hasn't seen it is that its the Wonder Years but set in the 1980's
References are usually very clever and extremely well done with great attention to detail in all the clothing, sets and props.
Best bits for me are usually the real life camcorder shots at the end of each episode

Yeah, the references are well thought out. You occasionally have to go with it a little with the dates such as When Harry Met Sally/ET/ROTJ all seemingly being released near each other. Also pretty sure I spotted a Clone Wars R2/C3PO standee in the video store in one episode. Otherwise superb though! The clips at the end are fantastic- especially Adam's 'special photo' lol!

Watched that Stonemouth, only two parts but really enjoyed it. Thought the second part was gonna be crap but was suprised, worth a watch in my opinion.

True detective Season 2
Unfortunately Vincent Vaughn is doing little to convince me that he is not the worlds worst actor, Colin Farrell is nearly as bad and so far the show has not been a patch on the first series...shame

i just binge watched the entire series of the WIRE.

Really captivated me, however the writing development in season 5 really disappointed me in comparison to the earlier stuff and yet again british actors pointlessly putting on american accents was more than a bit bonkers for a show so ingrained into one particular area. They used plenty of local talent, so why get a brit to put on a funny voice.

Wayward Pines appeared to be good, but knowing M Night Shalyman.. it could be a disaster.

Might get back into Sons of Anarchy...

Finished Breaking Bad last week, been watching it with the wife since Febuary, flippin brillient. Anyone that has not watched it yet, should!

Been off work for a couple of days with a bad back so I decided
to give 'stitchers' a go and despite it being cheesy and a bit daft
I've quite enjoyed it

I'm working through Parks and Recreation at the moment. Its quite basic to get into and episodes are only about 20-22 minutes long, so grab and go comedy really. If you liked the American Office, you'll get it straight away.

Just finished Jessica Jones on Netflix, awesome stuff, equally as good as Daredevil was. David Tennnats turn as Killgrave is fantastic.

I haven't read back through the thread, but as far as I am concerned, The Walking Dead is the single greatest TV show in history. I am completely obsessed with that show, to the point of if it came down to SW vs TWD, I'd go with the zombies.

'The Walking Dead' & 'Fear The Walking Dead'

What else can be said that hasn't already been said?

'Better Call Saul'

Best prequel ever.

'Mr.Robot'

Rami Malek is outstanding in this show, good job from Christian Slater too.

'Black Sails'

The last episode of season 2 was easily some of the best tv i've ever seen! Probably the best depiction of Caribbean piracy yet.

'The Americans'

Great show about Russian 'Illegals' with great actors and they really capture the early 80's feel.

'The Man In The High Castle'

Another great show from that depicts an alternate ending to WW2 in which Japan and Germany win the war and occupy America.

I really like some of the English stuff I have been seeing lately :) some of it is very hard hitting, but this is England 86 + 88 and + 90 were awesome . Top boy was another good one and run and when it all gets to heavy stick on down on abbey for a bit and then go back to cracker on YouTube :D
