Has anyone given a shout out for Black Sails yet?

If not I am now, great fun, much grainer look at pirating life, fictional characters mixed with real life pirates for good old fashioned 18th century fun, well worth a watch.

Also finally got around the watching the BBC musketeers serise, great fun, very silly and happy to hear series 2 is on the way :)

Will someone watch Sons of Anarchy! It's awesome.

What a show! Bust my leg so loads of time for tv and the forum at the moment.
Im up to date with Sons and it is still jaw dropping. Great soundtrack too.
Breaking Bad, what more can be said.
The following, well acted on the whole and yes seasons are similar but still largely gripping.
Ok my shout is for a show on sky Atlantic called Banshee. If you like Sons, this seems to be a natural progression a few episodes in. Very violent. About a guy masquerading as a sheriff in a small town where **** goes down. Get on board! On demand and dvd.

Just seen the end of Season 3 of POI (Person of Interest)

Absolutely EPIC. It just goes from strength to strength easily the best show on the tv in absence of WD and GOT 8) :D

I'll back that call on Banshee, it is 'sick' loving it, 45 mins until this weeks slice of maddenss :)

Got 100 stacked up on the box to watch and Extant.

Watching Veep and Silcon Valley on Sky as well worth a watch.

Been catch up on older US shows on amazon as week:

Just finished season 8 of Pysch as well. That show is great, quirky, funny and charming.

Anyone else watched the following?, really enjoying it, I presume it was for TV as its episodes, just had disk 3 land so no spoilers please, but if twisted individuals are your thing, you'll love it.

I'm in need of a good sci-fi series, you guys know of a decent one?
Seen lots, and no, I'm not interested in Doctor Who.... :P

Its as old as the hill's but was great at the time, not sure if you'll manage to find it as they to my knowledge have never repeated it, but the old series of Logan's run was great (not the film)

EDIT - I'll second Babylon 5 great show, got all 5 seasons on DVD, though the follow on crusade is not so hot & got cancelled, has Jin in it from lost & speaking of Lost - last episode WTF :?

It was indeed, but there are rumors another network may yet pick it up, but from what I have read it may come at a huge price, as each episode had a huuuuge budget & its likely if anyone else picks up the gauntlet that they will not be able to spend half as much per episode.

Fingers crossed though as i think it had a lot of scope to get even better.

I watched the first series of the following which was good but a
bit disturbing, didn't bother with the second series tho

Been thinking of watching Logan's run, but as it's an oldie I don't know if I can... (Tried to watch the original BSG, I lasted 15 minutes...)
Loved Lost though, so much I'm considering watching the whole series again...

Watched Extant(crap), Dominion(crap), started on the Strain(crap), started on the Last Ship(crap), they all fall short, Babylon 5 I've watched when it aired....
Started on Forever now(cheeeeeesy), Gotham(feels half-hearted), The Flash(sooo cheesy, but can be awesome), Z nation(crappy acting, but more action than TWD so far),
Marvels agents of shield(don't get me started), Resurrection(why do they make **** like these shows these days)
Cancelled my Netflix sub as I lost my mediahint, not a great loss, but not having the US selection it's not worth it...

Wow, I really need to do something else don't I, looks like I'm glued to the TV if I'm not working... :lol:
