weasel said:Bloody tough group for Spurs. And what do you know, Utd get a ****ing cake walk of a group. What are the odds on that happening? It's not as if it happens every ****ing season (they are in the CL). Still, I called it in my predictions so that's 1 thing i'll get right this year.
Pool and City should get out of their groups, though their russian trips could be tricky/decisive. Chelsea's isn't exactly straight forward from memory and well Celtic are playing for 3rd place.

Yes but anyone with half a brain should be able to see that those facts are written on very thin paper covering very large cracksedd_jedi said:The problem is on paper Arsenal still look like a successful team. They fluked second in the league the season before last, and somehow managed to win two trophies recently. As long as they keep punching above their weight like they have been for the last decade, why would they get rid of him? They need a couple of fruitless seasons before anything will change.

Being honest, and I can't actually believe I'm typing this, I hope we completely stuff up this season, finish mid table and force change through
lejackal said:So the Ox to Pool for 40mil on two thirds the wage we apparently offered, 50 mil bid for Alexis turned down, Gibbs to WBA, Gabriel to Valencia for 10 mil, Muatafi apparently could be heading to Germany and we still have f img Wilshere and Walcott. WTF is going on???
weasel said:Any sign of spurs buying a striker yet or are they continuing to hope Harry Kane can play the guts of a 60 game season and not break?
