Amazingly bad timing for swap day (!) as I just moved house on Friday (having been stuck in hotel for 3 months during lockdown ) and as of Wednesday the deal was off (mortgage valuation lapsed!). Anyway it's been a nightmare so sorry if I missed any messages guys - I will put the Lando aside as soon as he turns up.

There he is - has a crack at bottom of bubble but it's not been opened , no danger of falling out etc will take a pic when I can later
