Been taking a bit of a SW collecting break not only to recharge the 'ol battery, but also let my pocketbook recover.
Just finished scrolling through some of the latest items you lads have acquired and holy smokes there is some amazing stuff on here. Now that I'm getting the shakes and frothing at the mouth, I better check myself back into rehab. :shock:

That was a great buy from Cazza, got to be one of the best images on a card, it's an Empire card and then it's got the revenge offer, got everything going for it, in my opinion.

Nice MOCs Rob, OB1 is a bargain even with the slit bubble. Not a bad start to your Empire run, how many Jedi cards do you have now? Was looking at your showcase earlier, could do with an update! :lol:

Love the Japanese writing on your Tsukuda Luke Chris. It looks like Graphic symbology to me more than a language and adds to the intrigue. Nice Fett too Alex.

Been some fantastic pickups again recently.

My latest is this nice mint Kenner boxed speeder bike. Not sealed but very nice and I can play around the table legs with it again!

Some great pickups on this thread, get jealous every time I open it :roll: . Here's a couple of my recent arrivals -

First up a nice boxed ROTJ AT AT, what really drew me to it though was the 'Toy + Hobby' price label, spent many a Saturday in the store in Wigan drooling over the toys, brings back so many happy memories

Second another great condition AT ST, complete with both inserts and instructions.

Last but not least is my favourite design Falcon, the Kenner issue ROTJ Box, condition isn't great and I had to wait weeks for it to arrive but still worth it in the end.

thanks mate, the moc are mainly just in acrylic, a few are graded as was the only way I could pick them up... got 5 to go.... but its a big 5 lol

Right Im going for it. After a lifelong obsession with SW figures, after selling my childhood collection when I was a kid, and after an adulthood of buying modern Hasbro. I have now decided I need a Vintage collection. So I am going after loose stuff, because carded is going to be a bit too rich for me. I have been trawling eBay. My question is doesnt anyone have any hints or advice about where to get some stuff from. I am always going to be going for bargains, crazy prices kill the fun and appeal for me. Mail came today, brought my job lot of loose vehicles, 9 mini rigs, massively incomplete y-wing, lukes speeder, cloud city car, 10 loose figures and this: the reason I actually bid.
It's the crispiest white grey I have ever seen a snowspeeder, and the whole lot cost 27 pounds
