Judging by his FB CE sales page, if he did have them he may well have sent them to UKG so perhaps just check their database or ask Steve if he can confirm UKG have graded those figures (I would have thought information of that nature is allowed to be shared considering it's all part of their public database).
I think its time to give my side, Ive listened to all your opinions and I can see why a few of you are a bit dissapointed to not seeing photos or having more information on these figures.
No they weren't graded Joe, the idea was to show the client the items and I offered to get them graded for him but since I was passing through his country and delivering other items to him, he just took them as ungraded.
Im sorry to you all that I never thought about taking any pictures of them as if I had that would have helped loads of people out on here and proved their existence, plus it might have been good information to all the guys with cardback sites and people with archive threads.
To me I just didnt think as they were just another product to me, I knew they were rare but like all product I have, the key to me is to just sell and the 5 figures were a bit of a last minute deal as I was going away for a 5 week vacation in Asia and I spoke to the client on the phone only a week before I flew.
When he showed a lot of interest, I agreed to show him them, unsure of the price I contacted a friend in the UK, who I had shown the figures too 3 weeks before. He gave me a rough idea of a price and mentioned that if I could better it, to seal the deal.
After meeting my client, I gave him a day to ponder over the figures, the next morning we met and he offered me a price I really couldnt refuse and he paid and that was the end of it really, another deal done in my eyes.
So please see my side, I respect and have listened to all your views and opinions but please realise that it is not professional to go and ask a client who has bought a product off me to now send me pictures.
The client is an extremely busy guy who has different businesses abroard and he has been a long standing client of mine for many years, so the last thing I want to do is make him feel uncomfortable in anyway.
Ive said my piece now and I think its time to put this thread to sleep really...no more comments from me on this topic.
Hope to see you all at Celebration and I hope I will have items on my stand that will fill gaps in all your collections.
