What is the difference between the 4 Death Star Droids?

The screw that holds the figure together at the back? I didn't know there was any other variation?

hi mike two have different date stamp positions.
1 has what i'm calling a very small rivet in back.
and the last has a very definate golden hue to it,next to the others it really stands out.

I know the different coo stamps and I have seen some of the "goldish touch" DSDs. That makes three...never noticed different rivet sizes. I thougth the 4th one is a no coo dude.

it's only when youv'e got aload of figures together that the rivet size can be compared ,
could be only be a assembly problem but it stands out so much iv'e included it,
not heard or seen in any scans of a no coo one though!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Crap 630 variations I have a long, long way to go. Do you know anyone that has more? A few nice Germans have about that many. Edit:and guess who I just saw sign up. Hi Uli :) :)

Get the rest of them displayed Snag and post up some pics!
Some great variations here guys!
I will show you my latest when it turns up!

Yeah, I have used that a lot in the past, very, very useful.

I've just been waiting for the guy to update it with more figures.

I noticed Lafos replying in the thread, maybe he may be able to get in contact with the guy to see if he has plans
to update it?

Like Jawa's Armory for repro weapons/accessories it is a great resource, but these things need to be updated to stay relevant.

I was in contact with lordsick about two or three months back. It seems he pretty much lost his interest in collecting SW. So I think the LL guide won't be updated for a while (perhaps never).

Imo you can't compare the LL guide with the armory page - they make no new LL figures and accessories so if the guide is finished there is no urgent need for an update.

Yeah, true mate. I'm coming across more & more repro rubbish all the time. That LL thread does seem to be pretty comprehensive to me, but hell, what would i know!
