TRILOGO speeder bike

I have a trilogo speeder bike boxed that i am going to put on ebay but i am unsure who manufactured it.
On the instructions is written palitoy , general mills , PBP , clipper and micro-meccano.
I assume it is a palitoy one as the full address is displayed at the top but i want to get the listing correct.

Usually it is the condition of the boxes that make the money, not who "made it".
