I always thought tri-logo looked fake like @sith-smith... although i also thought the POTF ones looked fake too 
Back when I started collecting against, early 90s, I avoided trilogo and went for POTF. But nowadays I'd go for trilogo every single time. Mainly due to the yellowing of POTF bubbles.
