Just a shot in the dark here. They could be modern flaps on a vintage speeder bike I have never seen these before on a vintage bike. Or even repro's but someone else will probably confirm.

I have only seen black, but the back where they are placed on can look like gold on spanish variants etc. etc. see the link https://www.imperialgunneryforum.com/t3100-speeder-bike-part-variations

Hi all. Thanks for the info, iv just found out that they are Pre production (Prototype) parts stamped 21 and 22. Very very rare. I thought they were as iv only ever seen this colour on a prototype bike,
