top 3 would proberly be
1 werewolf in london ,slept under cover for ages after this
2 evil dead would have been first but i was older when i watched it as werewolf put me of horrors for years
3 not a horror movie but the hunchback freaked me
 
1, hotel hell....its about a odd couple who own a farm and produce tinned meat products but they really use humans.....80's slasher movie....(once watched it with a babysitter)

2. omen.....say no-more! ****in rotweilers

3. that film with the kid trapped in the telly with the dwarf woman in it....she was scary enough......i was always scared of walking up my stairs after seeing the end of that film.. :oops:

yeah i used to have the poster in my bedroom .....the local video shop sold the promo posters after the movies came out for 10p......(those were the days) i never saw it though, the postare was of some lass looking a bit grey looking through a broken window....

I don't think I saw many horror films as kid other than the Freddy and Poltergeist ones but I always found them more funny than scary. :p

I prefer action or comedy films to having the **** scared out of me !! :lol:

1 american werewolf, scared the bejesus out of me but watched it fairly recently and it is not that bad :eek:
2 rawhead rex, clive barker short story made in the 80's i crapped my pants in fact i probably still would!
cant think of any more that i really crapped my pants at??

cant remember i must have been about 10 ,my to older sisters fetched it and we watched it while parents were out .....horrible bitches :lol:
that made me jump now as well .another what made me jump was when they pull that tooth out on jaws one

Was it just me or did anyone esle find the excorsist funny. i watched it when i was about 11 and me and my mates laughed the whole way through!!
 
Can't think of a top 3 but I remember seeing The Burning when I was young and I had nightmares for weeks.It's laughable when you look back now :evil:

You're the only other person i know of to have watched that film. i think i saw it in 1990.

The only films I ever saw as a kid which freaked me out were

1) Swarm
2) Legend of Boggy Creek
3).....Can't think at the moment.

I read the short story in clive barkers books of blood and thats why i watched it. i have tried to buy one recently on ebay but they go for a few quid more than i want to spend. :cry:
 
the dont make horror films like they used to. I dont really watch horror films these days cant be arsed. The only 1 i liked that has come out over the past couple of years is SAW but that not really scary
