Nice! Are tradition is a a Chorizo and spicy roast potato dish, Krispy Kreme Halloween donuts and woman in black & the original Halloween movies

Was round a friends when leaving turned a corner around 10.15. There was a woman in the road screaming and crying. A car had just crashed was on its side, was smoking and was on fire a bit. Got out to help some other guys to try to get the passenger side door open could see blood all over the air bag, was near impossible one neighbour grabbed a garden horse to try to put it out but was near useless. Next thing I shouted everyone get back the car went up in flames. Road was all closed 6 police cars, 3 fire engines 2 ambulances. Road still closed at the time of writing this. Someone was killed R.I.P. feel terrible keep having flashbacks of of all night.

Just focus on how you helped. Nothing more you could do without the proper equipment. You put yourself in harms way to try and rescue a stranger, not something everyone would do.
You acted calmly, didn’t do anything reckless, putting more lives at risk.
It’s terrible, you’ll never forget it but concentrate on your positive actions that will help you process it - you didn’t get yourself killed, you tried to help, you got everyone clear at the right time.

The driver wasn’t going through it alone, people were there trying to help, in time, knowing that will help her a little as well.
Talk to family and friends mate, don’t overthink anything
