They don't. They don't need one. He is cup tied and can't play in CL again this season.

I have to agree with all of that, especially the Alli comment. If he could keep a lid on his temper, knuckle down, let his talent do the talking and cut out the blatant cheating (a massive pet-hate of mine in the modern game, where it seems to have become an accepted part!), he would be a massive asset to any team. However, this season, whilst thankfully he is at last starting to show glimmers of his old form, he hasn't been at the races for much of the time. He excelled against Real Madrid, but has all too often underwhelmed much of the rest of the time. And I have to wonder why that is, and fear that perhaps he is starting to believe his own hype and thinks perhaps he doesn't need to try so hard against the lesser teams?edd_jedi said:Yeah you've got to give Arsenal credit for winning FA Cups and finishing in the top 6 for the last few seasons while they have arguably been in crisis. Good fortune and lucky draws maybe, but It's depressing that most people think Spurs have a great manager and great team yet barely scrape a couple more points than Arsenal do and can't even win the League Cup. If Arsenal are the leagues biggest over achievers in recent years, Spurs are the under achievers.
Agree about Sanchez and Ozil, who wants players that have zero loyalty and are only there for the money. TBH I wouldn't cry too hard if Alli left, great player when he can keep a lid on his temper but I put him in the same category as the above, I don't see the same commitment as Kane, Son, Eriksen etc show. It doesn't matter how skilful a player is if they don't give 100%.
