4th now guarantees CL qaulification through the qualifiers as City can not win CL, so possible 5 English sides in CL next season.

IF Liverpool win, they will qualify along with PL top 4.

Ah OK, so why did Spurs not qualify despite coming fourth in 2011-2012? I remember it had something to do with Chelsea winning the Europa League.

When Pocchetino took over at Spurs it took him a long time to improve on Tim Sherwood's record, and several "world class" managers have become scapegoats for poor seasons in recent years at other clubs. I'm actually on LVGs side when he says it takes time and people expecting instant results are stuck in the past, it's true. 2013 might not seem like long ago but it's a lifetime in football.
