well since were all about 31 ,that would make us about 6 or 7 .about the age when you pick your team.and we werent gonna pick a shite team like scum :wink: :wink: :wink:

thank god roundster , was begining to think i was all alone

:lol: when i started supporting utd they were not very good. my dad loved them and so i guess i just followed suit. he used to go on about seeing george best and others he had seen play . but i guess as i am the same sort of age as scholes, beckham, neville, butt, giggs etc i have grown up with them and feel that they were a bunch of lads my age that lived a dream most of us had

plus alot of you are from the north /north west and will pick northern teams. not to many teams in south lincs so thats why such a good variety of clubs supported

My Dad hated football,but my best mate had family in manchester so decided it was better to be an individual than follow the crowd, so united got my support!
It helped that they had Robson, Whiteside and Hughes
Best football memory is being sat in full kit watching the 1985 cup final when whiteside scored that cracker to beat Everton in extra time
Second best was the treble and what toped that one off was my mate (a staunch liverpool fan) getting caught up in the moment and cheering the winner :lol:
