Woman In Black - Theatre version was better! His was so miscast in it. Should have gone to someone older. Thank god I didn't pay to see it.

Homeland - Channel 5 started this last week. Just watched Season 1 in two days. Good stuff.

Just seen the old film Spawn for the first time & it was a right laugh, been meaning to watch it for bloody years.

Another great film I saw a while back was -Das Experiment - its subtitled but a bloody great film & no biggie for me as I speak German so no need to read the subtitles :mrgreen: well worth watching.

The wife and I watched that "We have to talk about Kevin" yesterday. Bloody good film. Bit weird and flashbacks all over the place but still a good (and at times, tough) watch.

I watched the original on Friday night. I'd forgotten just how good it was. Clearly head and shoulders above the others, and a very different type of film. It tries to scare you using suspense, whereas the newer ones just seem to be glorified shoot 'em ups!

I watched Immortals the other day, its ok, good idea for a plot but fails in quite a few areas, its one of those i wont watch it again type films unless someone else is watching it.

Yeah the first Alien movie is in my top 10 all time movies. It's a work of pure genius. They really don't make em like that anymore. Sets that make CGI sets look like a Bugs Bunny cartoon. In the 70s!!
