Watched Drive the other day, which had good reviews. Thought it was ok- characters were interesting, but pretty undeveloped. There was a distinct lack of dialogue, which was obviously intentional, but left me feeling I didn't really know the characters. The violence in the second half was unnecessarily extreme and pretty jarring. 5/10.

We watched "a House of Dynamite" last night.
Intriguing, thought provoking and attention holding to say the least…with a big BUT…I won't post the spoiler here, but you're know when you've seen it.

Has anyone else wasted nearly 3 hours on their live and hard earned money on MI:8.
If you haven't then I really recommend you DON'T!

Was going to watch this weekend, the trailer looks good and the part one film was decent. Sad really, because I've enjoyed them from day one 👍

I may have hit a new record for starting watching something that in my head is relatively up to date. Sopranos episode one under my belt. Apparently I must have been watching another episode 1 so much I missed this in 19 f ing 99 😬

Predator: Badlands... enjoyed it, some great action and effects. The main problem, for me, was the Predator was no longer a scary, ruthless killing machine. The 12A cert hurt it a bit and great to explore the Yautja culture/background, but this led to it become almost too humanised. Fun though.

I've just endured the latest Fantastic 4 film, it took 3 sittings as my eyes and brain hurt from the tedium from watching such a load of junk.
Is it me or are all the latest Marvel films this poor, or come to that all the latest films?
Initially I hit the exit button after 30 minutes, but as there wasn't anything else on last night and tonight felt compelled to watch it to the bitter end…another 2 hours of my life down the pan…thanks Disney.

On a more positive note we watched Lethal Weapon 1 and 2 over the weekend and was immediately taken back to the 80's.
Fun, violent, great one liners and so of its time.
Great pair of films for a Winters evening.

Yes, I know there are 2 more films but I won't be watching them, they are so bad that I really do wish Riggs had died at the end of the second one and gone out on a high.

I love the Lethal Weapon Films. I think they get progressively worse after the first, but still enjoy them all, though do find 4 a bit cringey

Watched "The Roses" last night and loved it.
I would really recommend giving this a go, great casting, well written with a great ending.
