Tundra, I like the playsets a lot. Are you going to display them? The figures did come with weapons, yes, but I'm sure you will be able to find them here or on ebay quite easily.

I have put the village in my cabinet, but it's 1cm too big, so the door won't close...
I don't have room anywhere else in my apartment for the sets, except maybe for my bedroom, but
no-one can see them there :P

Some great buys guys.

Love the Sandcrawler. You'll have to buy another now so that you can race them.

It's great that it still works after 30 years or more!!! 8)

Thanks for the kind comments guys! :D

Emiel, the A Wing sound didn't work but i followed Bollux's fix it guide & got it working. It was a simple case of bending a copper contact so that it would touch another copper contact when the button is pushed & it works fine now.I believe its a common problem with A Wings. The Meccano book i originally had to order through Forbidden Planet here in the UK & after a month & got an email from them saying they had sold out so i contacted Joe & he said to email Stephane directly which i did & luckily enough he said he had a few copies left & he even signed it too,top bloke!

I can't wait to see pictures of your Sonic Landspeeder, have you received it yet?

Gary i'll leave the Sandcrawler racing to you,you still have 3 to keep you going!

Hey, glad to hear that my guide helped you out, we wouldnt want that amazing battle alert sound not working would we?

some really superb purchases chaps - I love this thread, recently I've been thinking of bowing out but every time I check in, the new buys are so good that I'm inspired to keep going :)

The glasslite ships and sandcrawler are especially good 8)

yeah the cannons did keep falling out, you almost need a third hand dont you?

not too difficult though!

I was sweating when I did take it apart though incase I broke it!

Great additions guys 8)

Took a chance on this and scored an original R2 on tri logo sensorscope card.

Bubble's a bit dented, but I like it. According to Stephane's book its an early french card/bubble.

Nice one roundster

That one is on my list to get.

I managed to pick up the sensorscope on pop up sabre a while back.

Dr Ball, some pretty minty new figures there. Why do you keep saying a figure will be your last for a while. You know it doesn't work that way!

 Definately the last for now, unless someone wants to sell me Orange hair Luke Farmboy, Takara C-3P0 and red caped Squid Head & Bib Fortuna for a nice price

Nice Yak Tundra, i got mine for £65 which is still good for a great condition Yak :D

Decided to finish my Phantom Menace figure run now, shouldn't cost me too much hopefully.

It has been a while since i have bought anything for my collection so i treated myself.

@Darthstanley - yeah he arrived today and was seriously well packed. I may even start a new thread to show people how this was packed. And once more mate thanks for the heads up on this. In fact i have already set up all my automated searches on ebay again.

Great Yak Tundra.

Lovin the coin Shawn, very nice mate!!

Steve, welcome back fella. Always enjoy seeing your new purchases!!

Burnsy,

thanks mate. After almost 3 months of no purchases and actually selling off a few items it was great to recieve both the ESB display Arena and the Clipper. It was like christmas all over again.

There may be a few more things to show in the coming weeks.

For now i am going to chill, have a few beers and look forward to the Rugby tomorrow. And after a long day travelling to an interview i am knackered. Just got my fingers crossed that i get the good news on Monday of a job offer.

Steve 8)
