Cheers Stu,that LL snowspeeder is awesome,its the first one i've ever seen! 8)
The sandcrawler is in full working order mate,it struggles on carpet but can fairly move on wood flooring!

Tundra, I like the playsets a lot. Are you going to display them? The figures did come with weapons, yes, but I'm sure you will be able to find them here or on ebay quite easily.
Mark, what can I say. I'm really happy for you you've found your holy grail. It's a great piece and possibly the coolest star wars toy ever. Fantastic that you got it to work too! Also, the decal sheet is a nice touch. The A-Wing is also very nice. Do the electronics work? The meccano to Trilogo is a great book. Did you get it straight from the author?

Emiel,the A Wing sound didn't work but i followed Bollux's fix it guide & got it working.It was a simple case of bending a copper contact so that it would touch another copper contact when the button is pushed & it works fine now.I believe its a common problem with A Wings.The Meccano book i originally had to order through Forbidden Planet here in the UK & after a month & got an email from them saying they had sold out so i contacted Joe & he said to email Stephane directly which i did & luckily enough he said he had a few copies left & he even signed it too,top bloke!
I can't wait to see pictures of your Sonic Landspeeder,have you received it yet?

some really superb purchases chaps - I love this thread, recently I've been thinking of bowing out but every time I check in, the new buys are so good that I'm inspired to keep going
