Completed my Palitoy 20-back run, thanks to Ian @Palifan , who sold me all the bits I needed to build a Power Droid MOC (figure, card, bubble & footer). The bubble was quite crushed, but managed to push most of the dings and dents out with the help of a hot water bath. It sealed back down pretty well. There is a cut in the back, so the figure can be removed, but it's not massively obvious when on display.

I never intended to complete this run, but it has just come together in the last few months :)

That looks fantastic Andy and I'm so glad that it ended up going to you :D Also congrats on completing the 20 back run, it's no easy achievement to complete any of these early runs and I know this one really came together in the last month (strange how things like that happen some times), but they look fantastic on display all together like you have them.

looks like you've found a very productive way to spend the extra time off.

Ian

Nice one Andy, finishing a Palitoy run is very satisfying, especially when you land a HTF piece like the PD! Ian has been crucual to helping me on my run too. Beers all round and they're on me :)

Loving those Mini Rigs and the Palitoy Powerdroid Cazza.

Not a great photo .

Another one of the list, getting down to the last few mocs now, personally think this looks better on a sw card but will be a decent place holder

Actually having a sort out in office today to get straight. So will post a few bits I've bought this year that I haven't boxed up as I get to it.

Nothing special here but two trilogos, FX-7 is one of my favourites on the Trilogo and also got the Klaatu on Klaatu skiff guard miscard, had one and sold it at echo and regretted it, luckily managed to nab another for similar price.

Always nice to see a bit of Trilogo love benny100 Stuart Skinner :!:
And you don't see many Empire Hammerheads quins

Got these three Palitoy reseals off Mark.
R5 just needs some acrylic but the Hoth Trooper and Bossk are a little project for me which I'm going to actually reseal.

Wait a minute....I recognise that R5

Great selection of figures Stuart and I'm sure those 2 reseals you are going to do some work on will come out great.

Nice to see so Palitoy goodness.

My first pick up during lockdown. :D

Aside from the toy line, Letraset and the Read Along Books and Cassettes, the Oral-B toothbrushes are one of the only things I can remember having as a child.

When I saw them again for the first time as a collector they evoked such great memories. The artwork and colours are fantastic and so vivid.

This is one of my first beyond the toys pick-ups and I'm really stoked to have them in such great condition.

Any suggestions on how to display them would be greatly appreciated.

Purchased these a couple of weeks ago having missed out on them when Tom Derby originally sold them. Luckily enough they were listed by initial buyer. Bought some A4 acrylic for them at weekend which arrived today and the bloody things are slightly wider than A4 😤

Holy Moly - great score, Stuart.
You don't see such items often on the market.
Center pieces for your Greedo focus collection.
I won't care about the acrylics - just cut the sheets in format. 8)

TheJabbaWookie those toothbrushes look great as a set like that.
As for how to display them, I don't know the sizes, would they fit in a GW MOC case?

Stuart Skinner i was just about to tag you in on those when you claimed them, gone to the right collector. 8)

Thanks Nick. I'll check a case later. I've got em like this at the moment. The droids toothbrush goes well with the read along book.

Nice display. Those look good together.

Really great stuff on here recently, seems to go in waves of beyond the toys, then figures and ships and then back to non-toys.

Chris, that belt is something else. Never seen one of them before 8)
