That's some great new goodies you have there and I've always loved the look of those Sears play sets. Maybe it's because they remind me of the Palitoy Death Star being mane out of card but it's something I'll probably try to get one day.

Nice one!

huge Thanks to Andy Clarke getting me these pieces :D

Had both of those as a kid (still have the bits in a big bag of lego at my mum's).

My latest arrivals. I've switched to MOC in trying to complete my last 17. A) because the price of loosies is not that far off the carded versions, and B) because you can't get Ailsa Berks' autograph on a loose Amanaman. Not really an autograph collector, but a nice little piece of history anyway.
Thanks to Andy chazb73 for Luke and the Power Droid.

Blimey, it's only been a week!
As ever, lovely stuff lads & lasses.

JediKnight, mint looking Teebo MOC
RustyRankin, you have some lovely looking loose figures there mate. Edit, and a mint looking Romba MOC.
Spoons, wow, such a generous gift. I've never seen one of those Takara TF kits before, very cool
Kuwahero, that Amanaman looks pristine mate, well done.
Jimi, as the others have said, good score with the Rancor mate, that box is the business. Edit, Leia is a beaut, nice Palitoy Snowspeeder
Walkie thats a cracking poster, by far the coolest Y-Wing ever.
Ben, what can i say mate, they are awesome. Man, you get some good stuff!
X-Pack, mate after seeing it in the flesh i can confirm that that R2 unit is case fresh!
Hooch, neat poster dude, nice one Arwin.
ChipSteak, i bloody love oddball stuff mate, nice.
Gary, my God that's a blast from the past. I'm sure i had both of them, absolutely loved them. Long gone now i'm afraid.
Benny100, nice looking BBG Hybrid, far better nick than the one i had.
Liam, fantastic haul mate. I don't have any of them but would love to. Very nice dude.
Indianawars, great MOCs dude, that clear bubble Zuckass is pristine!
The Slider, mate you can't beat a beat up Amanaman Tri Logo. Very nice addition dude.
Raya, great stuff, 3 very nice MOCs there guarded by the man LXW. Two carded Amanamans on the same page, tre unusual.

I'm sure there are some more to post from the weekend. Grant finally got something special, which is the nicest one i've seen! No i'm not talking filth.

I've bagged a few non photo worthy bits for my collection. Finally, the correct weapon for my A-Wing Pilot, an ESB Palitoy cardback for my LXW focus and a very clean looking B-Wing, unfortunately when i bought it i was under the impression it was fully working but the electrics are buggered. I'll have to get that fixed.

Keep them coming boys and girls.

Picked up two great things this week, firstly a tri-logo Luke Hoth courtesy of Andy X-Wing, which I spotted in the Farthest From photos! And secondly the original Tomart price guide. This was my collecting bible in the mid 90s and was pretty much the only place you could find a list of all the figures and card variations known at the time, I used to read it religiously. Most pieces I bought during that period were priced as per this book because my local dealer had it too. According to this the Luke Hoth is worth $20-40, if only :) I remember buying my original copy from the BFI Museum on the South Bank during a school art trip in 1995 for £25 which was a fortune to me at the time, no idea what happened to my original copy so it's great to finally have another one!

Now this might seem a bit random but since doing the podcast and grant covering sigma in epsiode 2 I've got myself a bit of thing for the sigma. Now I've been working on the mugs and thanks to Iain's help I have 5 or 6 on their way to me. However I've come home tonight for my lovely wife to surprise me with a gift out the blue, open it up and it's the sigma teapot, probably the most expensive piece of sigma going and really chuffed with it. Cheers Grant for sneaking around with my wife was totally worth it x

That Luke Hoth is fantastic Edd - I need one on them !

I am not very good at letting things go (a massive understatement for those who know me)

I got rid of a few of my AFA figures before I left (mainly because I was worried about them moving around during shipping - one piece I sold was my Trilogo Nunb - not an easy one to find on Trilogo - so am glad to have one again
