Makes you wonder what flaws have stopped them getting 100 !! :lol:

I can just about see the difference between an 85 and a 90 but christ knows how you spot a 95 or 100. I've seen 85's that I would say were perfect and 85's that are shite. I can estimate the grades of cardbacks and bubbles pretty accurately but figures seems to be more of a lottery :roll:

I'd rather have an 85 graded Yoda on a card and keep the change :wink:

Has anyone looked at the Yoda buyers (the mancunian) feedback to see the other items he has been buying? Is he right in the head? :shock:

I'm also convinced that Cloud City get special treatment from the AFA..

I've had better figures than that which have graded lower! Besides that, there is no proof that Light Skinned Yoda was packed with that Brown Snake and only a U grade would have convinced me otherwise :evil:

this is why i dont bother with afa .i often wonder what some of my figs would get if i had sent them of for u grades .but i thick they are perfect dont need some one telling there not because of the tinyest cant see to the naked eye mark.

i have a han endor and he has never holded his blaster as the paint seals his fingers ,would they have classed this against the figure

On the auction page click on his feedback score then click on the "view item" thing beside each feedback comment. For the recent ones it will give you the auction page which in trun gives u item pictures, sale prices etc.

He's also bought a lot from Shaun, everyone's favourite scammer! :roll:

The Mancunian has also placed a bid on an AFA 90 green snake Yoda with a BIN of Ã'£200 that I had my eye on so I'm waiting to see what he has offered !! :lol:

Cloud City use really close up photo's which show flaws alot more clearly than the human eye would normally notice. :wink:

why the hell is the fist two figures in this topic so expensive ?? ive got a luke which is in as good a condition as that (it might even be better) but i wouldnt value it that highly,, i should send it to the AFA !!! :shock: :roll: :wink:

They are U grades so they are ripped off cards by AFA before grading. I'm not interested in AFA stuff, they are a complete rip off and vary too much in their grading for my liking.

I personally like AFA graded items but when they get to the 90+ grades i'd be surprised if the human eye could tell the difference. I have upgraded a few pieces from 85's to 90's and you could see some differences but to me the 90's i have look amazing.
I would love to compare some of my 90's to those 95's to see whether i could tell the difference, if i could for me they wouldnt be worth paying about 3 to 4 times more :shock:

I'd love to see (first hand) an AFA 95. I have a few 90's and they look pretty perfect, I want to see what a 95 is like, to see if it's possible to spot the differences.
