Wow what I nice guy you are, sounds like you have a big car :D

Vectis P&P is decent enough, star cases if the collectors had the MOCs in them or small cardboard cases otherwise, all in big boxes full of packing peanuts. They don't pack the inside of the star case though which they should.

Some of the prices were abit nuts I think. Some comparable Palitoy MOCs that went high last time (Luke/Leia/Han Hoth 30a's) went for decent prices this time and vice versa (Jawa £1,680! /Tusken 12b, Lando 30a £1,680! ) for others.

Just a typical day at an auction I suppose. The longer I watch this stuff the more patience seems to pay off (and save you a fortune!!!).

Have any of you got any invoice yet from vectis ? :?

It takes time Lars. You get a few weeks to pay I think. Don't worry. :D

Thanks I just wanted to know that, I could not find any info about it :D

But would still love to see a invoice because I am not sure how much all this will cost me

sorry. 20% VAT and 4% commission.

Thanks so is this the correct info that I need to pay ?

BUYERS PREMIUM FOR LIVE ON-LINE BIDDING VIA ARTFACT Purchasers will be charged a total premium of 25% on the hammer price inclusive of VAT and credit card charges. This will include a 3% charge made by Artfact (this will be shown separately on your invoice). There is no VAT charged on lot prices.

In meeting today from 09:30 to 12:30. Had a little look at the auctions around 12:00. I'd bid on a few items last night as I knew I wouldnt be able to bid live. (Put 180 on the Empire store sign and got blown out the water) To make matters worse having not used the app on the iPhone before I accidently bid £280 on the Palitoy tie pilot and won it.

I hope to god I didn't outbid anyone on forum especially Grant :(

With the commission is come in at £350. Is that a good price for this?

I've never bid using ARTFACT.

My item was £70. I will get a bill for £86.80 (24%)

Managed to win one bid, the Star Wars Mead Notebook Store display. Needed a few of the books in it and it'll come in handy for storing my books :D

Missed out on the Oral-B display, that went for £260. Iwas outbid on that before the auction started!

Also missed out on the R2-D2 Popup Trilogo MOC. I bid up to £160 on that and thought with fees that was as much as I wanted to pay. Went for £240 which with fees is £300 which is a bit steep.

Was tempted by a few of the Beeches lots but after speaking to Kathy it was clear they weren't in good shape. One of them the bubble had come loose from the card. Hopefully the lots in the 30th April auction will be better.
