Wow I won again 5 x Logray with outer trade pack :D

Only bought it because of the outer trade pack :D

So keep an eye out for some Lograys coming up for sale? :P....haha and Yogi too!

Btw, does anyone know what the ROTJ Boba Fett went for? as I missed that!..

The Fett went for £300

Anyone else have any problems when clicking on the bid button and it wasn't registering, lost out on the one thing I bid on :(

The bid button was quite slow, so I had to be quick, because of the lag. On invaluable.com it is much better bidding page. Their video also function, while Vectis page the video link was down.

Thanks, will check that out for the next one.

The bid button worked the first few times and then just gave up even though I clicked it just after the floor counter bid, oh well.... til next time :p

sorry. 20% VAT and 4% commission.

Thanks so is this the correct info that I need to pay ?

BUYERS PREMIUM FOR LIVE ON-LINE BIDDING VIA ARTFACT Purchasers will be charged a total premium of 25% on the hammer price inclusive of VAT and credit card charges. This will include a 3% charge made by Artfact (this will be shown separately on your invoice). There is no VAT charged on lot prices.

I've never bid using ARTFACT.

Ah cheers, not too bad and gives me hope that I might actually own one at some point! ;)

And as others have said Invaluable seems much better with a live stream and a nice big bid button, will definitely be registering and using that site for the next Vectis auction, looking forward to see what's coming up which shouldn't be to far off now! :)

Check for yourself, but I think Invaluable ALSO charge a fee if you win an item from their platform, in addition to the rest of the Auction House fees.

They're not going to do what they do for nothing.

I can't believe some people are spending money with Vectis without having a clue about the T's and C's and other details. Read the small print guys!

Cheers for the prices - I think it might be 24% though (20% fee plus VAT), which makes the 12 back Jawa even crazier!

Indeed - I don't remember paying 4% last time, but I'll let someone else do that maths :)

I struggled to get £100 for my 12 back Palitoy Sand People in 2007

This is correct! I was just charged £1054 for the rebel soldier. They were very fast to take payment this time.

I remember that!

It's unbelievable really some of those prices seem crazy and clearly don't relate to rarity. There must be so many new people starting to collect Palitoy 12 backs and with a lot of money to spend

YES I DID AND IT WAS VERY ANNOYING. Missed out on two items I really wanted - would have won them but bids were not registered in time or somthing. You would have thought they would have properly checked their bidding software before a big auction grrrrrrrrrr

It's hard to take, and I get annoyed too when I forget to bid on an Ebay item that i'd been watching, but you can never tell if you would actually have won them. Your bid might have just pushed the winner up even higher and made them spend more money.

Whatever the item you missed out on was, it will likely come round again - maybe even in better condition and better price!

Han Hoth has gone from £300 to £1,000 and down to £700 in about the same time. Another 10 years he might be back to £300 :D

Ah, happy days when most 30 backs were well below the £750 mark!

Well done everyone who bid and won, I missed out on a couple of items because of a stomach bug - woke up early Wednesday feeling awful and didn't stop vomiting until late last night, needless to say all thoughts of bidding went out the window.

I was going to bid in advance on Tuesday but thought no, I want to do it live. Next time I won't make the same mistake. And of course they all sold for much less than my max bids would of been.

Of course I feel fine today, was so pissed off at missing out I had to buy several items off Ebay to cheer me up.
