They're decent enough and have been hoovering up Star Wars stock recently so other auction houses have been left behind.
I think they've got much better with packing over time, stuff I've had from them has always been well packed. I'm pretty sure they post internationally but you could email them to make sure. Packing isn't cheap but it's not ridiculous, same with fees (pretty much same as all other auction houses). Perhaps if you know someone who's going to the auction they could mail to you directly? That would save some money.
Don't think you can pay with paypal though.
