I wouldn't open one, but as a business owner a collector would rather have a high graded uncirculated item in their collection before a low grade sealed item. If you could convince all collectors to collect low grade sealed items, than there would not be a demand for uncirculated items.

What a load of ******s replying to that thread - I had a few ups and downs with IanC in the past but 100% support him on there - I am so close to blowing my sock and commenting on there but like Todd will be a good boy

I recently had dinner with Star Wars artist Dave Dorman, who told me stories of his visits to Skywalker Ranch to meet with George Lucas. The point in telling you all this, is I do care about the hobby, but it is the collectors not the sellers that determine the demand.

Even if the ledy MOC was C5 or AFA50, surley it would be worth more than this:

Yep- I've had a few 'heated' discussions with him & IMO he's a ******* bellend.

I was once of the belief that figures from Made in Mexico cards would not be U graded as Ledy ( state Mexico instead ) but I'm not so sure now. So lets hope that Paploo was 'just' a MIM.


Well I hope so because cut card or trashed Ledy Vader for $380 :shock:

To give you an idea of his mentality: he firmly believes a graded figure with cardback is worth more ( to him) than the same/identical graded MOC- I **** you not!!! He had the cheek to tell Jason Smith that his trilogo madine cardback that was once a reseal is worthless junk..... Yet I'm the ignorant **** for arguing with him :P
 
I though UKG wouldn't open MOC's, so maybe the bubble is split which would decrease the grade?

I'm not defending the guy and totally agree to looks like ****!
