Gary, I think a good few are/were spammers. We could probably wade through the list and cut a couple of hundred out. The other non posters may well have joined on a whim and then lost interest in SW and or collecting and just never come back on.


How many members are left from the old old days? The first incarnation with the coins.

It was dieing when this site started, and when the Swf took off it was the nail in the coffin. I think what was left of the IO guys went to the forum of stolen collections :wink:

When I joined back at the start of 2008 I was member 218. Altho there was only around 10 or so regular posters. I noticed that TFB only joined about 2 weeks before me. My brother in law Ron was one of the Mods here back then. Im going have to see if I can get Ron come back to this place. He is well missed.

Can't remember when I joined nor what my first post was. I was looking at the members list like Gary and there are lots of names of regulars who used to post and have since left,but plenty of new members always coming along to keep the forum going.

I can't believe its 6 years since this 'new' SWF was formed, we shall all be OAP's soon,well I shall be...

Cant remember how long ive been a member,but been around a while.You can have some good banter,and call someone a **** without them getting offended Dont post too much,but have posted more lately than ever(even if it is only 12 posts or something like that).Ive been a member of RS for 10 years,and various other places but im even easing off the gas on them now.More things going on in life,and kids need parents

I remember one thing that shocked me to the core when i came on a long while back,and that was the 'Frothy Fanny' talk....blllluuurrrrrggghhhhhhhh :shock: Dunno about you guys,but i even as a single bloke any sign of cream cheese,ricotta,cottage cheese or any such thing on a fanny even i would have to walk.
