I've moved the closing and draw dates forward by 1 day because I've just realised I won't be around on Saturday (plus the forum is pretty dead on weekends anyway.) So the closing date for entries is now midnight on Thursday, and I will make the draw/announce the winner on Friday 8)

So, the draw is getting close

Does anybody have a suggestion for how I can broadcast the draw? It will be done on a website, so I guess something along the lines of screen sharing. I trust myself not to cheat, but I thought the more sceptical among you might prefer if it was done 'live' for all to see.

Its gonna be a bit difficult whatever you do edd as we all may not be able to get to a puter at the same time. Screen sharing does sound a good idea though.

Thanks to plantman's suggestion, we have a solution!

I will broadcast the draw on join.me at 10am This Friday morning. I will post the viewing link in this thread approx. 5-10 minutes before the draw. It will only last a few minutes, and you will basically be able to watch my screen while I do the draw. Anybody is welcome, there is no limit to the amount of participants.

Just to remind everyone, it's a competition for a carded figure. I'm happy to try and accommodate obscure requests, things like loose POTF figures are fine, but the likelihood of me being able to find some of the things requested such as specific variants isn't that good (even if money was no object.) I just don't want anybody to be disappointed, if you want a good chance of getting what you asked for, it needs to be something readily available. There are plenty of things that are quite easy to find yet command a price around the prize total.

Feel free to go back and edit your wish lists, or just be happy with a surprise
