Star wars items for sale

So sorry for your loss, don’t want to think about how hard this must be for you.
If you post pictures up in this forum you’ll get an honest valuation with no risk of being taken advantage of.
After that we can advise you on what’s best regards selling - on here or eBay

I echo what db94 said and please accept my deepest sympathies for your loss.

I also agree, post up images and the wide range of collectors on here should be able to give you fair evaluations.

I would also advise that you ignore any private messages sent to you regarding attempts to buy anything before any values are given. This is a frowned up/banned practice so ignore and report anyone who does this.

Get values and then it should be clearer what the next best step would be for selling and you can make that choice of selling method when you are ready.

Deepest sympathy for your loss

The previous advice is exactly right

Also don’t be too quick to sell, if you are to sell then contemplate keeping anything that holds a personal memory for you as you may regret letting that something go ( irrespective of value)

You will get honest and helpful advice on here re values

As said post up pictures of the items with accessories and you will get a response from the wealth of knowledge on here and don’t be tempted by offers until you know the values and you are ready to let go

My deepest sympathy for your loss also, I can't imagine dealing with the loss of a child.

You have come to the right places, there are many long time trustworthy collectors on this forum & you are much less likely to be taken advantage of here, compared to many other platforms, I'm sure there are collector for most aspect of star wars collectables on here, be in vintage or modern, as has been said above, best thing is just take your time, take some good clear pictures & post them here to gauge your sons items values & then you will have a good idea of what you have & what it's value is, then you can decide where is most suitable to sell, here is a good starting point though as you know your sons cherished items would be going to a place the items will be appreciated.

Firstly i would like to thank everydody that has replied and offered me advice, sympathy and suggested we maybe hold onto the items.
I should have said that my son passed 5 years this May and while still grieving and after displaying his items in my study i feel it is now the right time to maybe let the items go. So as suggested i will post on this thread photos of the items and will await your suggestions.
Regards
Graham

Hi Graham,
My deepest condolences.
I’ve been following the thread and I think you’ve received some very sound advice from the community here.
I just wanted to remark what others have said; This is a very moving step to take. Finding good homes for these figures is a wonderful way to honour what your son valued.
It’s a lovely way to let his passion live on through others.
Best wishes.
