squid head brown cape?

i have one which could be put down to sun fading,were there is a fold in cape that is darker to other area of cape (not in photo)
other capes are of a different texture, smooth,ribbed,furry etc,as we know they were made in several factory's, for all of them to have the same cloth shipped to them is remote.

not bad but only area of cape exposed to sun will fade,unless i've missed somthing and sun rays can bend round cloth to give an even spread .
so from that why would a young kiddy (remember these are toys to be played with)decide to take of a cape and carefully spread it out flat in the sun??????????????and not only 1 of them but hundreds of them have the same idea.

just playing devils advocate, colours fade with age - like the purple ugnaught aprons, that might have happended with tthe squids

But..personally I like the cape variations, they look good whether they are meant or not

People should look back to the lessons learned by the green limb chewbacca.

Some people still beleive in the green limb chewy...Kinda of like Santa claus...It is a touchy subject.

As long as everyone is happy with what they purchase all these cape color differences are fine. I am not trying to stir the pot. I just know I have seen varying degrees of fading on squid head capes and RG capes (Pink Variation?!?). Collect what you enjoy.
