guys i know i'm repeating myself but those people who have been ripped off need to crack on with legal proceedings, he has now removed his items off his site, AFA are now sort of acknowledging this issue, inland revenue should still be informed so they can investigate all sales via his site, ebay, personal ect.

He has been producing illegal copies and selling them so the police will be interested.

i'd hate to see us dwell on this until nobody does anything, act now!

I know you have been heavily mixed up in this one Jason and I do feel for you, Your actions through out have been absolutely outstanding a really class act, you have made sure everyone has the best possible information available and have busted a gut to help other people I am just trying to get the message out there.

now toytoni has removed any indication of having been selling or dealing in possibly fake euro palitoy moc from his site . i hope theres some smart cookies on here have been taking screen shots on toytoni.com of those previous sales / items and past sales pages to show he was until yesterday still selling these and what had been marked as allready sold and the values sold at

Wow, what a story. So potentially 10K -20K carded figures either graded or ungraded are in the collecting community.
Many of these figures have been resold numerous times, some for well over £500 each over the past 20 years.
What do collectors do with these items now

There are approx 6500 palitoy and 6500 german cards on the list.

I reckon toni has got through about half his stock given these are 1200 odd AFA graded.

I have confirmed that my German 45 Yoda came from TT or is exactly similar to one that came from him last quarter 2008.

I think the jawa VC Palitoy wasn't included in the Jason Joiner's list. Most of the collectors that finally accepted as legit the Jawas Palitoy that have been surfacing lately did it because one of them was graded by AFA...
But after all this issue... Who trusts AFA???

I have an idea that could work out to proof 100% what he has done!

It was said Toni seems to be more into other collecting areas himself. Maybe or surely he isn't not so good in loose figures. I remembered his second ebay account with whom he bought loose mint figures! He also bought two Stromtroopers (one Afa'd).

Could it be he fell for a Poon??? The Poons are around for two years now (in different versions)....so it could be possible! There is a few people who can spot them very well (aussiejames i.e. did spend a whole lot of time in identifying those).

Anyway...if anyone here has bought a Stromtrooper MOC from Toni in the last 24 month please recheck here:

If indeed Toni is heading to Thailand plus the fact hes taken the palitoys down from his site is virtually an admission of guilt and wants to flee before things get legal.

Or maybe he thinks that getting rid of the palitoys that he can continue to trade as normal lol

The fact that Toni has taken down those bits from his site is pretty much an admission of guilt. I do hope that those effected by all this act soon to avoid missing the boat so to speak.

I must also say well done to all those people who have really taken this investigation to this point. In particular Jason and Wolf need a special mention. You guys have been great and deserve a big pat on the back.

Look, I don't mean to single you out. But let's consider what's taken place and what options exist at the moment. A person dealing for some 30 years with an unblemished reputation becomes THE hobby pariah almost overnight. This happens because of Joiner blowing the whistle, even though I will say I don't trust the guy as far as I can throw him. Tom Derby posts that he bought about 10K of MOC's from the last Vectis auction, and in a nutshell can't definitively prove whether they are modern or factory sealed.

I wouldn't like more than to see Jason Joiner sign his name to a downloadable document that I can use as evidence that Toni's MOC's are fake or counterfeits, and even though he's the only person who is really convinced that these are modern seals, I doubt he would stick his neck out. Stranger things have happened, so if by some miracle he's willing to do this, we've got ourselves tickets to the main event.

As bad as this looks on AFA AND UKG that they graded Toni's MOC's, we are a in a situation where we have to choose the lesser evil. I know the reason why guys like Chad, Tom and Stephen got into grading is to stop scammers, so I pick AFA and UKG over Toni and Joiner any day of the week and twice on Sundays. Again, this isn't about who to trust - AFA or UKG? Do you trust Vectis any more than the grading companies? Even with an ironclad money-back guarantee, if someone got stuck with some Toni MOC's sold through Vectis, how do you prove they are fakes?

To me, it's no longer about whether or not the Palitoy VCJ is suspect or not because based on the allegations and the requisite burden of proof, I would never touch a Palitoy MOC after what Joiner said Toni did.

First of all it is only certain PALITOY cards that are affected not all,I saw the JAWA and it looked authentic to me,it also came from a different source than TT,and to be honest with you I think AFA and UKG are in it to make money not to protect the hobbies integrity,If they were you would have thought the would have had more of an input than they have.
