I find myself unable to rant on Facebook against reform ******s. If this is you, I am categorically not sorry

Today's effort in response to this nonsense:

Your word soup is so confused and conflicted.

No one is imposing LGBTQ+ ideology on anyone, people are teaching their kids not to be homophobes.

Respect for life does not equate to being against assisted suicide, human dignity = assisted suicide.

Human dignity is having controlled access to drugs and the appropriate support networks, not needing drugs so badly that you are forced to steal, or worse allow yourself to be debased for your drugs and someone else's depravity.

Talking about sectarianism as if that's not just another flavour of nationalistic division that Reforms members have campaigned on for years, regardless of the Party they were actually a member of at the time.

Anyway, doubt you'll read this far, but if you do and you're of the reform affliction, feel free to do us all a favour and don't procreate - don't even fornicate, we wouldn't want any condoms splitting causing procreation with the inevitable cousin you'll be hooking up with.

As someone who lives in a country where sectarian voting is endemic, elections here are religious head counts NO MORE, Let me just say you REALLY REALLY don't want to go down that route.

Taking no sides, but sectarian head count politics and "us 'uns" against "them 'uns" is even more boring than Brexit.

Sadly, Britain has two established parties who have managed to piss off their traditional voter bases and on one side the Tories have Reform/Restore moving more right wing, and on the other Labour have the ever present LD's plus now the Greens/Your Party moving more left wing.
Elections are won (and lost) in the middle. There is no middle party.

I'll save you the disappointment though, whatever party you support/plan to vote for………They are ALL, incompetent, self interested ******s. Every single one of them.

Can you tell I don't vote, and haven't for decades!?

When I retired I said to my wife I'm not just retiring from work but from society.
We wake up, have coffee then go for a walk with our dog.
Avoid the news, politics, social media and mainstream media.
Sounds insular I know but wow I'd rather sit in my back door step watching the clouds with a beer than expose myself to all that nonsense.

Reform is concerning but 16 year olds get to vote in the next general election. High five.

You may want to look at the tax rates in Scotland.
Significantly higher than the rest of the UK, last I checked. Although, I think that is more at the top end (I could be wrong). Worth checking anyway, as it'd be a nasty shock, along with the near constant slate grey skies and pishing rain.

And that's why I'm moving from Nottinghamshire to Northumberland, to get away to a little village where its peaceful and this sort of ******** isn't tolerated

Strange tale, but my stepdad died a few years ago and my mum has decided to get out there dating again. Crack on i say. So I went round at the end of last year for tea and to meet her new fella...
He seemed OK at first - radio dj and record collector. But I noticed his politics to be a bit right wing. Apparently he thought people had too many entitlements these days.
During the meal i slagged off farage and his nonsense 1933 right wing politics, along with Brexit. The guy went a bit quiet and began fidgeting I noticed.
The next morning (he'd gone when we went to bed) my mum tells me he was a sodding Reform party member, and standing for councillor in some northern ********.
Well blow me! ... he's been given the Spanish elbow since.

I'm taking solace in the fact that circa 70% of votes around here were not for reform, and unless some labour or green vote with them they'll get nothing through. ******* knuckle dragging Neanderthals
