I will happily post them on the site once I get time and work out how you do it as it sounds a little tricky. I was hoping too have at least the first 20 figures on Palitoy before posting and hopefully some more 30 backs.
I will post them as soon as i can.
Thanks

maxf said:Palitoy 12, 20 and 30 backs are far more available than they have been in years (I tried to put a set together in about 2001 and really struggled), most 12 and 20 backs and a good slug of the first wave of 30 backs have been seen in multiples over the past couple of years.
I'd rank: Chewie, Luke, Jawa, Ben, Powerdroid and Death Star Droid in the first 20 as being tough still and worth jumping on if you have the opportunity. The others can be bought more cheaply from numerous sellers, if you're patient. Jawa didnt used to be rare, but seems to be one which hasn't surfaced in as great quantities as the others.
On the 30 backs, Bossk, IG-88, White Bespin Guard and FX-7 are all tough. Hoth Stormtrooper sits in the middle, while the rest have all been seen in multiples lately.
The second release of 30bks arent easy at all. 2-1B and Lobot used to come up a bit, but Yoda and Fett are both really tough.
On the 41 bks, I dont think any of the 11 'first release' (fett, yoda etc) characters are crazy rare - I think I've seen less Leia Hoths than others. The 20bk release characters (Powerdroid etc) are all incredibly rare and some of the first 12 are easier than others.
I'm going for the first 12/20 on SW cards. The first 10 ESB on 30bk cards, the next 11 on 41bk cards and the rest on 45a. It's going to take years and years!

I thought you were joking from the tone of the response, I just rattle on a bit sometimes and irritate people accidentally.
Which other auction houses were you referring too?
Thanks

This is one auction house that springs to mind I know sold vintage Star Wars last year - http://www.astonsauctioneers.co.uk
There are others as well that people have mentioned from time to time on here so it's definitely worth looking around. I managed to pick up a 12 back Palitoy Luke,Darth, R2 and C3PO years ago in one that was local to me in Bristol several years ago (as well as a bunch of mint loose figures years later), so it's always worth looking outside of eBay. Also it's probably worth checking the US eBay site as well as Palitoy figures do turn up on there like this one - http://www.ebay.com/itm/STAR-WARS-PALITOY-GREEDO-20-BACK-/201787779055?hash=item2efb7d27ef:g:wE0AAOSwzaJYBwbD.

Sorry I forgot to ask what would you expect to pay for a Jawa, Chewbacca or Ben with an 85 grade?
Thanks
