Other Vintage Collections

That's an amazing find Jason

That was such a roundabout way to go about picking up a complete marion and so worth it come the end. I don't think I've ever heard of that 4 pack with the white mailer so a real gem for your collection and if it were me I'd just sell on the play set and keep all 4 of these figures together.

Always worth taking a punt on something as you never know when it will pay off and what a lovely looking set of figures.

Thanks for all the great comments guys, really appreciate it!

I picked up a shadow box to put them in for the time being. Doesn't look too bad. :)

Finally managed to get the battlecat armour to get him back to his full glory :D added a teela as well.

I picked it up at Michaels. Buy one get one free. Not sure what I'm going to do with the other one yet. :)

Not really vintage (other than one figure at the end), but just wanted post a picture of some of the new Mego figures I have. I'm really enjoying some of these recent releases and love the vintage feel they have of the original Mego figures. The last picture is of a vintage AHI Wolfman figure that I picked up recently (although with a new 1000toys Hellboy release), this is the second Wolfman I have as there are many variants out there for him.

A massive thanks goes out to Seahawks for helping me with some of the Mego figures and I'm really hoping that these get a distribution deal in the UK at some point soon.

Nice Michael, one of my favourite toys Battle Cat is. The box is so retro. 8)

Those look absolutely fantastic all lined up there Ian! I think Mego has done a great job with the monster figures for this new line. Would love to see more classic monsters in the future. Maybe a Creature from the Black Lagoon?

i agree that more Mego monsters would be a good thing and I did just see a Mego head sculpt for Regan from the Exorcist so it looks like there's more to come (after their next wave of The Mummy, Phantom of the Opera, The headless Horseman and pennywise). I think their monster releases sell well for them and I know there would be a lot of love for a Creature if it's done well.

Just admiring your recent Indy purchase again, marion's dress is so white! :D

I also should find my old cards and recard my AF. (I kept a lot of packs with bubbles attached) That's a project I have no time for!

Some lovely bits recently. Particularly like the Indy stuff. Never knew this stuff existed.

Not exactly a toy, but I've wanted one of these since I was a kid. They were hundreds of dollars so it was not happening. In the 80s, the 49ers were THE team. Well by pure luck I stumbled upon this being sold on FB Marketplace down the road from me. £40! WOW.

Congratulations on picking this up looks great.
Seems that there are a few of us on here that would have snapped this up for £40!
Is it a replica or a real "could be used" helmet?
