Heres a photo for ya mate. Makes me chuckle everytime i look at it! Fair play to em i say :)

Quality! Good on em We certainly are a loyal bunch!

Ironically, I won the that Skrill comp to win a pair of season tickets for Alfreton! :D :D So really hoping them make it to wembley now! :D :D :D
Cant help but think We may have missed a chance today to really grab a play off spot by the horns with you boys slipping up dropping more points!

At the end of the day tho, any away point is a good one! Also great to see us register a clean sheet too!

Good luck on Tuesday at Cambridge lads

Well still buzzing from yesterdays win at the Abbey against Cambridge!

We are defo in the promotion picture and with 7 of our next 10 at Home and our strong home form this year i am beginning to dream

What a win mate! I know nothing about it besides the result so, without being biast with delight, was it deserved or where you hanging on for grim death?

Theres know doubt we had our backs up against the wall for the whole game really and really did park the bus for the last 20 mins but Every man in a blue shirt (yes we played in blue!) gave 100% and played with their hearts on their sleeves and Jon Warnsop. Where has he been all these years in the lower leagues - a fantastic keeper

Best result of the season!

So , Saturday 19th April, the big show down. Alfreton VS Grimsby Town 8) What do you reckon? A few of us will probably stay over in the travelodge there if you fancy showing us a good time around Derby or similar mate? Could even stay in your area and just get train to Alfreton? Plenty of time to plan it then maybe a repeat in the play offs :D

Absolutely mate! 8)

I am sure we could arrange something! Perhaps meet up for a drink before and after the game. We will be toasting ahead of our play off clash

I heard you dominated the 2nd half at the hive on Saturday but couldnt find the net!

We desperately need to get a home game on soon as we are struggling for cash flow at the moment. I rang the club this morining and donated something to the cause. We have managed to raise £586 towards players wages and the like :)

just got back from the game today and we were awful!
We started extremely flat and never really got going at all in the first Half. Gateshead played very well were brave and resolute but did have serious indispline in the first could have been down to 9 on another day.
In the second half, if you had just started watching the game youd think we were the ones a man light! The ref was terrible and had no control what so ever. Bradley Wood perhaps had his worst game in an alfreton shirt and was subbed on 56 mins for Tom Shaw. Who had a great game he should have been in the starting XI.

The goal which was a lucky break was the only real "chance we had all game other than a few long range efforts. TBH I am delighted with a point thought Gateshead deserved all three.

So its Lutons title for sure now.

No Trophy final for your boys this year Chiffy. Gives you the chance to concentrate on the league now

Dreading next weeks game at Kenneliworth Road!

Just nipped on to read the Alty review cheers mate, and, to vent my frustration at our semi 2nd leg! Still so angry! We never ' went for it ' and when the team got applauded off at the end it beggers belief. Yes I appreciate effort but, when you need 1 goal to level the tie, at least the manager of all people should bust a gut to change things around. If it was me I would've thrown Clays up top. Hes centreback and 6 foot 7 and just gone long ball which is ugly but **** it theres another Wembley trip on the horizon. There were town fans argueing with each other all over the ponny at the final whistle. I had to split a fight up. It was just so frustrating! Anyone who calls this a tinpot trophy needs their head examined cos it means the world to see your team walk out at Wembley. Add to the fact its virtualy nailed on that whoever went thru in our game iwas gonna beat Gosport and lift the trophy...****!!!! :x

I was pleased wth the lads yesterday. Going down to 10 men so early I feared the worst.

You have every right to be mate. You played extremely well. Bar far the best visitors to the Impact this season luton aside of course!

Hey Chiffy! Look at the postives it gives you a chance to concentrate on the league now! :)

Yeah man. He was subbed with about 20 to go but led the line well. At long last weve got points on the board and are coming for you mate

Yeah good win for you boys.

TBH I think we are playing for 4th/5th I think you will be comfortably in 2nd/3rd

Glad to get yesterday out of the way. Massive game v lincoln now need the 3 points

Deducted three points for a game THREE MONTHS ago WHY the **** has it taken this long??

Anyway it shouldnt matter after a vital three points against Chester :D

Hey Chiffy sorry mate

Basically its a bit of a farce really. Its regarding our away game at Kiddy. The day before Ross Atkins picked up an injury so we applied for an emergency loan and after we cant sign anyone from above Conference level we landed John Warsnop. But there was an issue with getting the correct paperwork through the fax machine in accordance with rules.

ttp://www.derbytelegraph.co.uk/Alfreton-Town-chairman-Wayne-Bradley-apologises/story-20818606-detail/story.html

Also we have just signed Michael Hodginkson a defender from Derby :D

As you may or may not know, Liam Hearn has been on non contract terms with us and battling against his latest career threatening injury. Well our chairman paid for his op and he's doing all his fitness **** now and has been doing over the past few months. Guttingly for me tho is theyve both agreed, the club and Liam, to jack it all in. Obviously living in Notts he is not getting paid as her isnt playing so needs to get a proper job/payment while he continues and then come back pre season to see where he is. I firmly believe that if he doesnt play for us again he will play for Alfreton. Anyways, thought you might find this interview interesting matey.

He has been seen at a few of our recent games from what I have heard :D Would be great to have him back!

We have had a busy day and secured a second loan deal till the end of the season for Rowe Turner from Luton and have also signed Elliot Whitehouse former Man United youth player! :D
