Well i popped into Tesco on my way to work again and saw these little beautys on the pegs 
Standard price at £10 each...they did have another two figures but i'll get them later (General Hux and another i can't remember the name of...it was a new character from The Last Jedi

I must admit that I'm not a huge fan of this new packaging for The Last Jedi, it reminds me of the Clone Wars (cartoon), repackaging from years ago.
After getting involved with both TFA and Rogue One figures I think my time is coming to an end with picking up that many modern figures in the future. I'll still get Luke and Rey from this wave but I'll either wait for the sales or only getting the odd other one or two depending on what gets released. I think the same will go for the future films released as well, just one or two to have some representation from them.
I can see that the whole SW figures collecting will just carry on for the foreseeable future and it's time for me to back off from it. At least I know some of you guys on here will always support it so it will be great to still get to see what's out there and it's got nothing to do with the quality of the figures or anything like that as I feel for the most part that they look great, but it's time to say enough for me and try to break what has sort of become a habit, it's not like I'm even displaying the ones I've bought over the last couple of years lol!
I'm not going anywhere though and who knows if I'll be pulled back in when the Vintage Collection finally see's the light of day again.

Just picked up a Chewie with Porg in Forbidden Planet.
They have wave 2 Yoda and Obi-Wan in there as well.

Hi I did not buy the full wave one like I did last year with Rogue One (As they will be discounted soon enough) but I could not resist picking up Rey & Luke.

We had a great Force Friday - 140 mile round trip to our nearest TRU. We were first through the doors and managed to get everything we wanted and more importantly had great fun.

great pick ups guys, I went to my local tru today and they had a lot of everything apart from luke, one left which is what I was after
I'm going to wait on the rest, just not that into this line for some reason, they'll be at clearance eventually, happy to wait a while

I'm hunting for yoda and obi wan :lol:
Three I really want is Luke/yoda/obi
Quality of figures is really good - card is average at best. One big downer for me is no title of the film! Think they messed up big time by not putting title in.

Thanks not sure how I missed it. I am guessing the Yoda and Obi Wan are the second wave of teal figures.
Also if anyone is collecting the vehicles I spotted the A Wing and casino planet police fighter in Debenhams. Have not seen them anywhere else.

Sorry should of said was at my local forbidden planet today and they had loads of Yoda and Obi wan. I think someone else mentioned they had seen them at there local FP so they must be the only one stocking them at present.

No sign of either of these figures in my area in the US yesterday. It took me forever to even find a picture of them but it's interesting that they're making some flashback figures again for TLJ. I guess this will be the way they will go from now on with each film release and I wonder what else will be released in wave 2, should be interesting (even though I'm not picking them up now........well I did end up with 6 of them yesterday so it looks like I've not completely given up just yet :lol: ).

Some great TLJ pick up's you guys 8)
Got agree the packaging on the 3.75" figures leaves much to be desired....the artwork is very bland compared to TFA and R1 and the size and quality of the cardbacks are **** imo but still its new Starwars so has to be taken for what it is....
Anyway i've picked up a few more pieces...
Picked a few up from TRU in York (i've money off vouchers atm for TRU so no brainer really 8) )....picked up Luke from Asda Living at Crown Point in Leeds...there was only the one Luke on the pegs and just after i'd bought mine i were walking away when I noticed a guy had a big pile of the other figures waiting in the cue...I showed him the Luke and told him you need this one as well....he looked and said I'd got the last one and then we had a bit of banter about it...obviously he needed one as well and when I walked away he said he hated me for nabbing it :lol: (in a joking manner may I add :lol: )

Ian - wave 2 is sold out in US --- got mine from friend in Fremont (US) who shipped them over to me as he had two sets
Their is a Hasbro email going out to retailers saying wont be sending anymore of these out to retailers in UK -- they are few around in US @ stores
but most have gone. R5 D5 is at some Gamestop stores and Vadar (brown eyes variant) is plenty in stock, but red eye version is sold out.
Has anyone here pre-ordered them from www.forbiddenplanet.com or www.staractionfigures.com?

I have a stormtrooper on order from FP since July! My order is saying sept.....
I read on JTA that they heard,that large European outlets will get their orders completed.But no more of these 40th figures are being made available? But the solid case Han & R2 for Xmas time are still up for pre-order? Very confusing!!
I will be very disappointed if I miss my stormtrooper. My fault I missed the original pre-order,but the scalpers prices are frightening.
