Yep you're right - bought Dallas and now I'm thinking I at least need an alien and Ripley to go with him.
Would love to take this Falcon home and have a go at giving it a custom weathered paint job but it's huge!

Love the homestead - such a great display piece

Picked up a nice assortment today, some mini fig key ring and magnets with a cute display behind them, daughter bought the Back to the future set and plans to pick up Ghostbusters ecto 1 tomorrow
But highlight was finally getting my hands on a BS 6" Boba - he's a cracking figure and definitely worth the wait :D

Nice haul mate. I saw the Ecto 1 lego set at the weekend, it looks awesome! What a success story these Lego film licences have been!
I'm losing track the amount they have - SW, LOTR/Hobbit, Harry Potter, Marvel Heroes, DC Heroes, Spongebob, Indiana Jones, Back To The Future now Ghostbusters and even their own Lego Movie stuff!

The Black Series Fett is very nice. Did you pick it up in a supermarket or a specialist store? Haven't seen that one in my local supermarkets that stock the Black Series.

Stratpack - checked TRU,Target and comic stores but no Boba's. Found this one at Downtown Disney.

You cant buy actual loose mini figs they are either on a key ring like Leia or magnet like Han.
They make a real point of stressing they figs can't be removed but we just snip the key ring off :D
They are $4:99 each for key ring and $6:99 for magnets with background.

Cheers Liam
£35 ,as far as I am aware we never got it at retail in this country,so I was pretty happy with that price.

Also I am having a couple of tables at the Doncaster fair on the 31st of December and have loads of vintage and modern Star Wars stuff for sale. :)

That is a very good prize indeed!

Very smart little pack - am I right in saying the exclusive figure is a ghost of Obi-Wan type thing? I thought I heard someone comparing it to the Spirit Of Ob-Wan figure in '97.

.....man, I'm just not keen on that Disney logo at the top. Just seems wrong! :)

I like the big oversize figures. I've seen a Biker Scout and Stormie and they'd look cool on the shelves to bookend some books, dvds etc

Where did you find the Rebels figures mate? My boys have been saving for months to get them, but can't find them anywhere :(

The rebels set is a toysrus exclusive, I don't think it is out in the UK yet - http://www.toysrus.co.uk/Toys-R-Us/Toys/Action-Figures-and-Playsets/Star-Wars-Rebels-Jedi-Reveal-Pack(0129435)

It is out in the US

Think so. They have posters in store advertising the Rebels range, including the 3pack. Unfortunately, pretty much everything on the poster isn't available yet. They even had a Rebels promotion last Saturday, where they were giving away certificates to kids who wore SW costumes to the store. My boys got dressed up and we made the journey, only to find very little in the way of Rebels and absolutely no 3.75" figures/ships. They were gutted as they've been saving for months and shown a lot of patience, which isn't easy when you're 6 & 8 years old. Great way to launch a new line.

Yeah, I have to say there has been a bit of ball drop on the launch here.
Lego got their Rebels sets out months ago and they are selling well (all 2 of the) but it is ghost and phantom.

But on the Hasbro side it is a bit rubbish, we are a month into the shown mout shops are saying next year for the rebels stuff, makes no sense. I am sure bits will arrive but strangly for disney this feels half arsed, they normally get there stuff out early and in volume.

Cazzavr - I got them in one of the super toys r us in Florida.
There's drought over here as well, hardly any black series or rebels figures.
I'm hitting all TRU, Target and Walmarts looking.
If you want I can buy some more for your boys, wont be back home until the 10th of November though so as long as the don't mind waiting another few weeks.

Totally agree monkey_roo.

I'd say the majority of SW fans I know have given Rebels the thumbs up and like the original trilogy influence. You'd think Hasbro would have got their act together and had a half a dozen figures in stores. I never really got into the Clone Wars cartoons (i was fed up hearing about Clone Wars after the prequels and original cartoon) but my son and I started following the new series from the start. Had a look round to buy a figure for him expecting to see Rebels signs in the toy aisles - bugger all :o Very strange from Hasbro, they're happier punting those stupid plastic shampoo bottles that they call 12" figures instead.

Their distribution has been terrible the past few years. How many VTC, EU etc figs did you see in stores? The same old peg warmers in Toysrus I bet. This is why the values of these modern figures has went up on the secondary market, they're not appearing on the primary market in the first place. Everyone who wants them ends up having to resort to Ebay. I gave up collecting every modern figure released about 10 years ago, but now and again I'll buy one I like and I do still follow whats out. I'm so glad I'm not buying everything that's released now, it would be so difficult and also so expensive. :(

Popped out to pick up s couple of magazines for my wife and daughter and found these in Walgreens :D
Old 3 eyes looks pretty cool

I have to say I am liking the Black series more and more as new figures come out. Like the Jabba's Skiff Guard.

Yup, saw some new ones in TRU the other day, hard to avoid the temptation...

That Boba is great, love the subtle weathering, best of the 6" series so far

Wasn't going to but anything today but saw the latest Luke and cracked!

We got one of those "put your face in Star Wars" pictures - obviously I'm better looking than Harrison Ford so a perfect Solo  but my daughter was less impressed being forced to be Luke so I bought her a cuddly Bantha as a bribe :D
