latest film/ dvd you have seen

Watched snowwhite and the Huntsman. Altough i Did not love the whole movie, i surely loved the movie as à whole.
One to watch.

Watched cold light of day last night - what a pile of pooh, how they ever got 2 A listers and a soon to be A lister to star in it is beyond me, and then with that talent make them all look rubbish...

On the other side watched Pirates in an adventure with scientists this afternoon and what a cracker, totally recommend it, classic ardman.

Bit of a film fest at mine the last few days. (been at home for a bit)

Safe - typical Statham, good fun as the ronseal man says it does exactly what it says on the tin.

Abduction - despite being clearly 20 years above the target age this was alright, nothing special but watchable in the absence of anything better.

The dinosaur project - despite being panned by everyone, I actually enjoyed this. A touch blare witchy but worth a watch for something different

The flowers of war - this was truly a great film, tough subject matter but absorbing, upsetting and somehow uplifting at the same time, highly recommend this one

A monster in Paris - a lovely little story, animation isn't quite a slick as others but a nice film.

Cleanskin - another low budget British action film, good solid acting etc, direction not outstanding but Sean Bean is always enjoyable, worth checking out.

Iron sky - don't even know where to start - nazis from space, Sarah Palin parody and sifi comedy at its most left of centre, this is a love or hate film, I loved it.

Received 'adaptation' today based on many comments on here. Going to watch it tonight. I'll report back later

saw inglorious bastards the other night.....surprisingly good 7.5/10

Love Inglourious Basterds 8)

Personally I'd say it's Tarantino's 3rd best after Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction
i concur, i liked killbill... but i found uma thurman uncomfortable too watch in those films. i love from dusk till dawn but he didnt direct it he just wrote the screenplay!

I'd put Kill Bill above tho i don't know which one. You kind of have to have them both as one. Good film tho. 8)

Hated both Kill Bill's. Didn't like Jackie Brown either.

From Dusk till Dawn is good.

True Romance is awesome too (although he didn't direct)
