Just watched 'Murder on the midnight meat train' its a horror with Vinne Jones as the killer. Good film serious amounts of gory violence!

just saw that "benjamin button", good film but how the **** it won all those awards is a mystery.........
this is my point;
ben button forrest gump
has a humming bird follow him randomly............................forrest has a feather
his mother dies................................................................so does forrests
he has a child thats normal and he worrys "its like him"...........so does forrest
he makes a fortune though a business..................................so does forrest
he then takes his fortune and travels...................................so does forrest
he has trouble walking as a child.........................................so does forrest
he works on a tug boat.....................................................so does forrest
he joins the forces and go's to war......................................so does forrest
meets girl that doesnt want him but its his soulmate ...........youve guessed it!
ends up shagging his childhood sweetheart...........................yip! you know it!
forrest says: "you never know what your gona get"
ben button says : "you never know whats around the corner
etc, etc, etc, etc.......................
I could go on but **** me, it really is a rip off (even though its taken from a book) the screen writter must have had a nightmare trying for it to NOT look like forrest gump..........

i wish............thing is with that "button" film it was a book originally so i would imagine that forrest gump is the copied story, it must have been very hard for the screen writer to make the film not look like forrest gump and that must have been apparent when writing it....(i'd be scratching my head thinking how the **** do i do this!)

I watched Harold and Kumar get the munchies, and then H&K escape from Gunatanamo bay, both pretty good (assuming you like American pie style comedy).

I dont like the Harold and Kumar films i thought they where crap
They are mindless entertainment. The kinda thing you watch when your suffering with a hangover and can't be arsed to think but want something to take your mind off the fact you feel like death warmed up.
