Welll here are some of my latest buys.

Up first (against my better judgment lol) is a POTF MOC.
I picked this up because Luke Jedi was one of my favorite figures from childhood and i couldn't resist the minty clear bubble on this example.

The next one is a Tri Logo Emperor
(I may try and remove the sticker residue i have been to the toyfixer website but im undecided as to what method to try :? )

Joe i hope you didn't pay 6 pound each for those PBP MOC's Seriously though nice score!

 Not far off boss

Great looking figures mate :) Really nice condition!

Joe

@burnsy Congrats on completing the run. Always a good feeling to complete a set.

@Jay some very nice MOCs there. I of course love the Luke. Hopefully you can protect it well enough, so the bubble doesn't change colors on you.

Jay - that Admiral Ackbar is very nice indeed and a tough Trilogo to find as well - nice pick up.
As for your Tri Emperor - I'd recommend a tiny amount of lighter fluid on a cotton bud and wipe it on the residue a few times. Then on a dry cloth (non-fluffy variety) a little more lighter fluid and try to gently wipe the now sticky residue off. It does take a little care and attention and I would certainly recommend a trial on an old cardback firstly but it does work.. however I have buggered a couple of cardbacks up in the past  Good luck.

Cheers for all the comments guys!

Have any of you tried to remove price sticker residue before?

Cheers Shawn the way i see it to own this iconic figure on a POTF card with a clear bubble is a treat especially these days so if it does turn or develop a tint then that's cool with me. The only time i have seen a clear bubble Luke Jedi POTF was an AFA 80 that sold on the bay for 300gbp.

My collection room has UV protection on the window and super thick dark curtains that pretty much never get opened so its in a good place lol.

Glad to hear he is in safe hands. :) I know what you mean, I think the POTF Luke is one of my favorites in my collection. Mine has the very lightest tint to it.

Jay - Nice new additions. The Luke POTF with the clear bubble is a beaut.

Nurnsy - Nice new additions too. The Barada Trem looks mint mate.

Great buys everybody.

Congratulations on your score Shawn & Joe. Hope you have more to show us soon.

Nice MOC's Jay! Really like the Ackbar.

Stu, I am not sure I am the one to appreciate bootlegs best, but they are definitely in league with some of your other recent acquisitions!

It's hard to Keep up with all the spending that goes on around here LOL.
Nice additions guys :)

my mint loose collection is near complete
this morning i got 2 endor blasters to complete my mint b-wing pilot and atst driver. a solid dome r2d2 and popup saber r2 both with superb paintwork domes!

Del is the baggy KING!

He even helped me out by getting me a few baggies I needed, very nice guy, great looking yoda Del, awesome!

Congratulations !

I wouldn't like to total it up tbh, but yeah it wouldn't be cheap.
Its taken a few years so i'ts not been too hard on the pocket.

I'm a picky sod so i've bought and sold hundreds of baggies to find nice examples.

I would still like to upgrade a couple of figs, but that can be done easily as they are not hard to find baggies.

Thanks for the kind words joe, im always up for helping out anyone, ive had plenty of help myself over the years 8)

Have ever found a replacement for the Endor Chase Leia baggie Del?

No mate, but i have her in a kenner bag and a plain ESB-H baggie.
I didn't bother looking for her as i trimmed the collection right back to 1 or 2 baggies for each figure, i still kick myself over that one tho lol.

Nice pick up on the ESB-h Yoda baggie Del. It looks like a very nice example.

If you happen to come across a ROTJ-a Luke Jedi, I would be very interested. :)

That's a very nice baggie Del, congrats

I'm prob wrong mate but you figure looks a bit like a NoCOO from the pic. May be the lighting or my old eyes playing tricks :D Could you do me a close up pic of the figures head?

Jersey Al from RS was very kind to help me get these a few weeks ago and they arrived today :D

Have 21 47 backs here now and doing a trade for another 9 soon.

Also, have had 2 go missing in the post which I 'm not looking forward to paying for again :(

One of them wasn't and I have an ongoing Paypal dispute with the other....

Really pissed of about them both tbh
