Fantastic display, Frank. That box is superb. Not seen one of those before.
Cheers mate, and great to hear! Thoughts do keep returning to extending the house...Great pictures. I had (and still have) a childhood AT-AT. It was my second big vehicle and I get exactly what you mean. Although, you may now need a bigger Star Wars room!

These are awesome! I'm sure I've got a couple stashed away- need to dig them out. Are you going to display them?I've been collecting some vintage adverts recently, these two arrived today. They'll be mounted and framed for my SW room, ones that arrive complete in the original comic (8p for Warlord weekly back in '79, bargain!!) will be kept complete, I'll gently fold the comic to the relevant ad and frame it that way. It's not in my nature to rip out a page from any publication, vintage or not!
I do love this Palitoy advert, a competition to win a day at filming The Empire Strikes Back. I wonder who the lucky scrote was?!!!
The other arrived from Italy in three sheets as is, "Guerre Stellari" always sounded cool as, to me haha. I'll mount these in the one frame, landscape.
Thanks for looking!
Martin
Got to love the ATAT as a kid was one of the top toys I wanted to buy. Before saving up to get one found the gobot command centre as a stand in thanks for sharingOh, and this arrived yesterday!! An unboxed AT AT Walker, 1981. Replacement chin guns unfortunately, but everything else is original, down to the decals that remain. In full working order, too! This is the first time I've owned one…I was a very lucky kid in the late '70s/early 80s receiving all manner of Palitoy vehicles and playsets for Christmas and birthdays, but this beast never got crossed off my wish list. 45 years later, my AT AT Drivers now have suitable Imperial transport. I'm sat here with a glass of red just staring at it… nudging it for a different perspective now and again. A mesmerising hunk of plastic!!
Cheers mate, you well?Steve, that Snag is something else! Minty!
Nice Three-month, too.

Cheers mateNice 21 back C3PO, congratulations.
I'm trying to put a run of 21 backs together, replacing the ones I have as they come up.
Cheers mate, feels good to be collecting and posting again; and seeing everyone else's bounty. That's a cracking C-3PO you got there. Love seeing what other folk buy!Nice one mate, thanks for sharing
Absolutely, I'll be mounting these adverts inside frames along with my other vintage Palitoy ads. They'll probably be propped up here and there, wall space is at a premium! These are awesome! I'm sure I've got a couple stashed away- need to dig them out. Are you going to display them?

Thanks Mike, yes the line art one, I was just in the right place at the right time, never expected to own any line art pack, you'll get there with yours buddy, just patience, my baggie collection is not quite as extensive as it once was as I let a lot of my jedi era baggies go, no point having them if they are not displayed & I'm sadly out of room due to the smaller house now, but happy as I can focus more on the SW & ESB era which I have more love of.Congratulations on completing that 15 pack Frank, looks awesome!
1980 Penney coulor artwork version?
The one I'm on is the plain version, long way to go and open baggies for me
Your baggie collection must be one of the most comprehensive collections out there Frank, fantastic achievement and dedication
A few is a start, you can always expand on what you have, loads of otions for cool stuff when it comes to baggies & baggie related items BeeperNice display! I've got a few baggies only, and perhaps 1 mail away box. That display wall of yours is superb!
Much harder to come by & costly, but the line art pack MP's do pop nicely, can't see me ever adding others, but I'm mre than happy to have one.Fantastic display, Frank. That box is superb. Not seen one of those before.
Loving the Harbert fett add, I really need to find me one of those, very cool item.I've been collecting some vintage adverts recently, these two arrived today.
