Pick up a bunch of loose figures and a mini rig this morning at a local toy fair and also picked up this oddball item:

IMG_0976.JPG

Not too sure of date/age, certainly vintage. Slight split in the pack but essentially sealed.

Deeko released a range of party products in the U.K. in 1978, including tablecloths, napkins, plates, and cups. They don't come up often in sealed condition, nice find.

Thanks for the info :D

Recently I was lucky to pick up this item
Negative of AT-ST, used to create the alternate photo artwork on the TriLogo cards.

on the left - the original / on the right - inverted in Photoshop

Now that's damn cool

Seeing the last post reminded me of something I picked up at the end of last year. I managed to get these for my focus and was really please with them. I just need to figure out a good way to display them.

Nice pic ups lads. Adding to my first 12 loose figure run is a few eBay bargains.
First up a nice Leia organa Hong Kong coo with 2 Hong Kong coo R2 solid domes ( different shades of blue) and a C3po fixed limbs Hong Kong .
Then a small job lot of eBay again with a nice no coo Leia organa , loose Ben kenobi and R2 solid Dome .
Through in a few more Ben kenobi s and Vader from Facebook group and different coo s are soon getting ticked off !
Cheers,Ricky

Loving some of these more oddball items that have turned up lately. The Akbar frames are fabulous. Also, that AT-ST negative is wonderful! Nice Ewok badges Scott. Nice to see your loose run is getting there, Ricky.

Just picked up this moc. Love it, but in a bit of a quandary, as I bought it to replace my Kenner 41 back, but I really don't know which one I prefer!

A thing of beauty !!

Picked this up today. Yes it is battered more than anything else in my collection BUT this is a v rare MOC that is still factory sealed and therefore a rare bit of Palitoy history 8) Actually nx to a 30 back(which may or may not exist) this is the rarest Palitoy MOC 3PO out there :!:
Also who knows what may have happened to this piece in the wrong hands due to its condition :?: We could have been talking U grade figure thus destroying this important piece of history :?

A big thank you to Maxf for passing it onto me. Appreciate it mate :D

Indeed an incredibly rare card. Only one other known sealed example. Definitely worth preserving and passed from one "proper" Palitoy collector to another. Great addition to your collection Jon.

Thanks Andy, and the other one sits in a Palitoy collection that is prob 2nd to none :!:

Well done on the 3-PO. Really stands out as one you don't see ever come along. In safe hands.

I'm with you on this. Something about many 41/45 backs with the smaller Palitoy logo that just somehow look better.

Nice Stormie mate.

My pics work if I rotate, save and rotate back and resave. Weird, but works.

Holy cow - whats going on here?
Bäm, bäm, bäm

6:25 pm : Luke Bespin PT 30bk
6:32 pm : Stormtrooper 12bk
6:47 pm : Yak Face proto?
7:20 pm : C-3PO 41bk

So many outrageous items in such a short term. Congrats guys for your pick ups ...

Some amazing pick ups recently. I got these 2 items in Japan recently. Luke is opened 12bk Takara. Bubble is still partially attached, has the footer. The other is a vintage tsukuda metal model kit, still sealed inside. Couldn't not get the Luke! Cheers
