Got this sent over from Japan a nice Japanese ESB program. The layout and imagery choice is so different to any of the Western promotional stuff. A few images I have never seen inside either.

These Japanese programs are really nice - I'm lucky to own all 3.

Grant (Maulster79) picked up the ROTJ recently.

Your right about the pic's inside there are some nice shots of the Bounty Hunters on Vader's Star Destroyer. Also an unusual shot of the dining room scene in Bespin where you can clearly see the stuff on the table - looks stylish and contemporary.

More Farmboy goodies Jeff, you don't stop!
Great Chewie Carlos
Lovely Leia Jez, I think you've been after her for somtime

Thanks for all of the great comments guys.
Yes, I've been after one for a while but struggled to get one at the right time for the right price. Not graded, and not planning to but she looks great encased in acrylic. Easily one of my favourite pieces :D

Hi mate, wow that Japanese ESB program looks amazing I love the image on the front of that Japanese ESB program. It is very beautiful

Jez - gorgeous ESB Leia, something about a white Leia on an ESB card that just makes it stand right out
Carlos - Wow amazing Chewie, want one now

Added 2 more to my MOC collection (Christian I'm filling those cases)
Was actually a great morning - figures arrived and I thought oh now it's a recard - no waffle pattern, the axe looked weird compared to my other Gam Guard, paint on bottom of his feet wasn't perfect, and the bubble seemed a bit of a tight fit for the figure and then I spotted a little whole right in the back of the cardback which I remember reading about, looked at the bottom of the card and was delighted to see Mexico. Now the fun part was sitting with my wife as she read through the things to look for on imperial gunnery and me happily saying "yes" to everything - weapon, feet, no waffle, tight bubble

Because I had doubts about the GG I was pouring over the Bib tri logo and the only thing I was worried about was the punch hole was really clean cut, no sign of attachment points for the peg punch. But another quick search confirmed my version has the factory cut punch hole

So not only have a got 2 nice new MOCs but I learned a whole lot more about my favourite hobby.
They are a little beat up, creases and bubble dings but it was learning experience with the added bonus of spending quality SW time with my wife :D

Nice cards there Colin

I have managed to pick up a couple more off my list - although annoyingly I sold my Trilogo Amanaman expecting another in and now that deal has fallen through so instead of being down to 16 I am only down to 17 (need a Trilogo Amanaman if anyone sees one - Liam  )

Leia came from Jeff - she looks pretty decent and means that I just need Han for the full set of 12

Next up is the last 'easy' POTF figure - now down to the final six (Yoda, GG, Nikto, AT-AT Driver, Yak & Anakin)

He is in good shape and is only let down by a couple of pin holes where he must have been pinned to the wall at one point

iain there is a tri-logo amanaman on ebay at the moment 2 days to go but its already at £80.

Yeah, cheers mate, I've seen that one - it's pretty beat up - seller also sold it early last month so not sure if his buyer backed out, sent it back or it was shill bid but either way I think I'll hang fire for a better one

i thought as much. i almost treated myself to one they had in the modellers loft about 5 years ago, it was minty and £85 but i couldnt talk myself into parting with the money.

Hope no one minds a little more modern preproduction that I've picked up. I promise a couple of new vintage additions to make up for it within the next week that are on the way. :)

These at least have a vintage tie in.

First is a MM Luke Poncho mock up in a Han Bespin Box.

and 2nd is a MM 3PO with Kenner Standard sign off tag.

Hi Shawn, nice new stuff, I have never seen that luke poncho, cool

Got this back from UKG... Although these were never released, I think it looks pretty cool with the "REVENGE" leaflet and it graded U90%.

Revenge Emporer Mailer.jpg

Hope you guys like it?!

Also picked up this little guy, he has a shorter V in the sculpt, deeper grooves, a smaller red design on the side, no spike at the front and is a lighter blue in colour:

More to come at the end of this week, fingers crossed!!

:D

Pre Production Star Wars is always cool in my book Shawn, nice one. But yes you are right, get some vintage up soon dude :)

I was well chuffed when i got home tonight when i found this bad boy (or should i say bad girl) waiting for me

Hi Jez, wow wow wow one of the most beautiful vintage star wars cardbacks kenner ever made and you have it. Congratulations mate, I like it a lot

Nice MOCs Colin, and great that you discovered some new info (and me, thanks for sharing)
Iain totally sweet Leia mate, I was tempted but couldn't get her, I'm chuffed you got her though. I had no idea you needed a POTF Han Endor, is he fairly tough? Come to think of it, I can't remember seeing any others lol.
Bram, 2 great items there mate; a quality PD and an expertly displayed Revenge Mailer.
Great stuff :D

Great items and I'm not putting anything down but with the small chips on the PD's feet and the edges of the sticker I wonder what UKG would have graded it?

I'm really not trying to take anything away from a great piece but just wondered what you thought? :)

Happy with the Leia mate - although typically like buses I have another due in now so will keep the best one. The Han Tench is actually quite a hard POTF figure to find - crazy when you think how easy he is to find on ROTJ
