I've not seen this type of hybrid before! Don't tell me there is ANOTHER Tri-Logo Vader for me to find..... I already have 10 of them.

Does anyone have any info on these?

Pat

Well, it turns out I was able to find out all I needed to know about these from Joe's bloody brilliant website. Check it out here - http://trilogo.info/carded-figure-guide/advanced-guide/

"In total there were only 8 figures released on this hybrid packaging, they were: 8D8, B-Wing Pilot, Zuckuss, Wicket, Teebo, Luke X Wing, Rancor Keeper and Nikto."

So, no Vader. Don't know if I'm glad or not :D

Thanks again to Joe for such a comprehensive site for info on Tri-Logos.

Cheers
Pat

I must say I am a big fan of that Wicket Iain
I do like the odd ball stuff that's about and think this kind of fits the bill
Still shrink wrapped 3pc set. Plastic has a decent rip in it now courtesy of the misses and her long finger nails :x

This Luke Bespin has made it's last journey and is now a permanent fixture in my collection! I'm overjoyed to own a beautiful Luke Bespin without the hefty price tag that goes with buying one - Once again, thank you Andy (plantman) for not only selling him to me, but also for the deal you did on him for me :)

Would love to find the Bwing pilot hybrid the same as that Wicket.

Tim - the same seller had the B-Wing as well but I was just to late to get that one :(

No way, gutted about the Bwing hybrid

Will just have to make do with this Luke Fb from Iain

90 on that Luke Bespin. Much congrats!

Well done the miscard Lando. To an untrained eye it doesn't look wrong.

Iain you do manage to get some bloody blinding items that I would love.

Well, I've just got back from a trip to the US. I won this on US eBay for about £42, and had them post it to my cousin in Vegas. It's not really a MOC I would go for, but with the stickers and clear bubble, it really caught my eye. It was briefly mine for a few days, but when we visited my wife's cousin in LA, I decided to give it to their 2 teenage boys as a gift. They were into Star Wars as kids, and I wasn't aware they still bought items in their late teens. They showed me the room they shared and it was still stocked with modern stuff and lots of lego ships & figures. As the family had put us up for the night and cooked us amazing steaks for dinner, I decided I wanted to reciprocate with more than the gifts we brought. It was handy they shared a room, as would be displayed for both of them. Their first piece of vintage, and both them and their mum were blown away by such gift.

So technically not mine anymore, but still in the family, and wanted to show it here.

Amazing pick-ups as usual fellas! :o 8)

Got hold of a few items recently. This first one is a biggie for me- been looking for a sensibly priced SW DSD for what seems like an eternity. DSD & R5 were the first figures I bought on my 7th Birthday from Zodiac Toys in Swindon. Can remember it really well 8) Keep missing out... until now! Got this little fella a few days ago from a nice guy on Ebay who was selling his collection. We negotiated a very reasonable deal. It's not perfect (plenty of edge wear), but overall it's pretty good! VERY VERY chuffed with it. I now only need 3 more MOCs to complete my childhood focus: SW R5-D4, ESB Stormie and ESB Boba (lol!). Dead jealous of seeing all these beautiful R5 MOCs turning up!

some lovely pieces posted here in the last few days. Punk Pats miscard is a great one - had me doing a double take :)

My latest has arrived (thanks Iain!) - a Special Instructions TIE, a short lived release before the fairly useless instructions were withdrawn.

Some amazing stuff that brings the memories flooding back, the Palitoy IG88 is stunning puts my collection to shame as I simply cannot afford stuff like that. It seems I thrive on the meagre pickings you guys pass on for better stuff

V nice IG-88 there Andy 8)

Have no doubt Joey was absolutely over the moon with what he got in return
