I've not posted in here for a while so here is a bit of a catch up from the last couple of months.

Firstly some hunting in the wild produced these from Leicester Vintage Toys;

This one was from AV6 on here;

These two are courtesy of our very own Chico;

And last but by no means least (although it appears to be an awful photo which will have to be replaced later) I got this beauty from Scruffy. Ably assisted by a brilliant case from GW Acrylic.

Thats all folks!

Superb additions guys.

After my Spanish Moto Jet Speeder bike purchase the other week, I picked up another....

The Canadian Moto Aerienne.

Well... I do have 4 boxed speeders now.
Palitoy, Kenner, Spanish and now Canadian.

Just need to find myself a Ledy one.

Holy cow, Carl, I think there must have been a mix up in the post: That Ben looks way better than the one I sent you :lol: Seriously though, looks great in a GW case.

Mark, beautiful trio of 12 backs. The run is coming on nicely.

Rich, stunning R5 45b Palitoy :shock: Where did he turn up? Not on another market??

MarkG: great run of Speeder Bikes you got going on there. Still after a reasonably priced Special Buy 49p one if you ever find a spare :D

Camera has just died, so one piece will have to wait, but I had a bit of a lucky strike at the beginning of the week. Right place right time, I guess. I finally got a perfect-nosed purple old lady and what makes it slightly more interesting is that his right hand is unpainted. Not a massive one for these factory errors but still, kind of quirky. Excuse the crap photo:

And then this chap. I was only interested because he was a super nice Rebel Commando on Palitoy 65 back, but turns out he's another variant; unpainted face. As pointed out by aussiejames it's a little more quirky because it's a made in China figure on a made in Hong Kong card:

Gotta love that rebel commando! Saw it on FB (I think?) and almost jumped on it because it looked cool and I kinda like the different bubble. But then again, realized I don't need another 'of the same' figure.. Just to regret later. Yeah, life aint easy for a star wars collector :)

enjoy your commando, he looks superb!

Great Meccano Ben. Would love a Meccano MoC but not just a boring Jawa. Silly money on most though.

Well done on the graded 12 backs there.

Always a pleasure to see your new R5s Rich.

Thanks, and your not wrong, think I'll be sticking with Ben and my Jawa.

My awesome new edition 8) 8) I didn't grade it, the previous owner did! Because it is a 'Q' grade candidate(box not fully sealed) I didn't see the point of entombing it because one is being denied a look at the lovely unused contents :!: Who knows I may put it in a sliding bottom case at some point :roll:

Not normally a fan of graded but how can you not get a little twitch looking at that beauty

As I say Pal I didn't grade it and would prefer it in a sliding bottom acrylic case because the box isn't fully sealed :!:

That X-Wing is a cracker. Seen a few ESB boxed ones about but that's as close to perfect a you can find.

Camera charged and pics taken of my 3rd addition. This got my vote, if I recall, as the most boring playset or vehicle made. I stand by that having assembled it. It's virtually pointless for such a large set. However, I absolutely love the box: the red background it striking to say the least. And this box is virtually mint and includes the insert. It has the added bonus of having a couple of price labels on it for "PJ LTD." (£15.50 in 1980 or a whopping £60 nowadays). Anyone heard of them?

This set is so boring I'm not even going to show it. The real joy was in the box was the the instructions, Bounty Hunter log (wanted one for a while) and finally this very cool Palitoy ESB poster. Not seen one before so chuffed to bits with it.

Rich that R5 is not an easy piece to find and that's in great condition!

Jon, that's a serious cool X-wing mate. Nice one!!

Following on from Lejackal's Meccano 3 3/4 Ben

Not posted on here for an age sorry guys :oops:

It's been ramping along at a pace over the last week or so, some bloody cracking pieces 8)

That ESB x wing could very well have just come off a shelf at the toy shop, very very nice.

Some excellent R5 goodies Rich, loving the baggies & that GM MOC superb!!

love the bounty hunters pic on the side of the boring playset too :lol: looks to be in very very nice condition.

Not managed to find time to post my latest bits, but mostly baggies, so I am sure most of you are not going to be too disappointed :lol:
