My latest acquisition, not quite as flashy as most on here but I'm bloody happy with it!

I inherited a lot of my SW collection when I was a kid from older boys. At one stage I got 2 parts of a speeder bike which always frustrated me as they wouldn't stay together and I couldn't really play with it. 22 years or so later and it's (nearly) complete!

Very satisfying :D

Now this is a great way to start the new year!
Fresh from the post, I just added a Princess Leia Organa 45A proof card to my collection! :D

That leia proof card is the bomb-diggy! I don't have this one in hand yet but I couldn't resist the charms of this "headless" 3po what do you think to make a complete mockery of the whole thing should I get it U graded

C3PO focus collectors dream that is!

I'd get Jonathan Creek to have a look at that 3PO. How the hell did the head come off without damaging the card or bubble?? Maybe it was work experience week at the Kenner factory.

Awesome item though, would love to own that one. Congrats

Two great pick ups there

That Leia proof card is lovely

Plus the threepio will, look amazing in a collection. Love that ****

hahaha - love that hammerhead - this is exactly why I am so anti-U grading - this looks quality in that card and with it being a Spain card then it is something different - yet some knobhead would take that - just it open and get it slabbed in a case where it would be no different to the thousands of other graded figures

great Hammerhead!

love beat up carded stuff....one of the best I own is an At-At Commander that looks like the cardback has been in a rainstorm!

:)

Love the hammerhead. That is exactly the sort of card that needs to be saved. It may be beat up and showing all its age, but as such it's full of charm and honestly and is perfected actor as it is., great snag.

That aircraft carrier is a great purchase but the size of the thing is a joke. Imperial Shuttle box is bug but looks like a mini rig sitting on top of that box.

Lovely purchase all the same though

Chris....superb pick up

Absolutely love the beater cards, and they are a brilliant example of why they should be collected, loved and displayed with pride

Top notch bud 8)

I can't tell you how happy I am to have got this sticker for my camper van

Massive thanks to plantman for the sticker & the may the force be with you badge.

Massive thanks to Frunkstar who made it possible with a complicated three way swap!

Recarded Power Droid from me to Frank, MOC Reeyes from Frank to Andy, Sticker and badge from Andy to me!

Swap tastic

Now I just need to decide which window to stick it on and how i can keep the white paper Odeon Cinema backing on display. I may laminate the paper backing and stick it on the back of the sticker.

Perhaps 'I've seen star wars' facing out the van and Odeon loveliness facing the inside.

Now i'm going to source some 1970's star wars drinking cups that i'm actually going to use!

I really want to say 'bag of *****' PaulCalf! :D
But they are really, really cool :) Would love to get one of those stickers myself at some point.
