Here's an unusual one:

This is a Lili Ledy TIE Pilot (with Emprers Royal Guard Limbs)

They were made from LL overstock after the factory closed.

From Ozio (TIG):

Basic characteristics on them:
Overstock parts, some factory painted, some unpainted and then hand painted.

Glued torsos, no sonic welded torsos (this is the main and most important characteristic on these figures) and that's why they called my attention many years ago.

They are a kind of a bootleg/hybrid/overstock/ERG legs fun mix.

They are pretty hard to find, through my collecting years (20+) I have only found 5 of them, 2 Tie pilots, 2 biker scouts and 1 Luke Bespin.

Many thanks to Stef for alerting us to the sale.

Hi Grant,

Cool Tie Fighter Pilot, congratulations with that rare item

Hi June, thanks for the kind words  Well I try not to use soap unless I can't get the dirt off without soap.

I always clean with water the first time I get them, I use a dry paintbrush to remove dust. I only use soap and a sponge if water and a paintbrush is not enough. Also be cautious with emblems, hands, face, stickers and other painted body parts on some of the figures. They can get destroyed if you touch them with anything :(

Today, I received This 2 cardbacks from Jeff, thanks Jeff for this 2 cardbacks :D

It looks like cardbacks are growing in popularity. There been some nice examples on here of late. Looking forward to those groupshots.

Awesome Madine, is that the one that had a ridiculously low prices on it on eBay the other week.

It's great.

Wow I hope you don't mind me asking but was he expensive? I'm after an R2 and C3PO either 12, 20, or 21 back. Was hoping for a ballpark figure for non minty Carded ones.

Hi Wrighty,

I just replied to your post on the Trilogo forum but thought you might check here first. Great pick up but do take a close look at it and make sure you are happy with him. The seller was selling undisclosed ink touch ups recently and with this being a restoration I wouldn't want you to find out at a later date that it was also inked. Some more reading here: http://forum.rebelscum.com/t1104609/

Great purchases everyone! It looks like 2014 is starting out pretty well for the board.

Here's a bit of a different purchase for me that just came in. I had always thought this display was a bit bigger and held the Star Wars double album soundtrack, so was surprised when it arrived and is smaller and appears to hold 45 records. My guess is that it was used for the 45 Star Wars theme/Cantina Band record, but I'm trying to find some kind of confirmation. It has strictly 20th Century Fox copyrights on it, so I think that rules out the Buena Vista read along records/books.

Nice Shawn- defiantly for the 1977 2LP 45.

I'd love to see a 2LP 45 of the Soundtrack. That'd have to be roughly 10 LPs for the full soundtrack since they're typically one song on each side. :)
