Hi guys last week I received a childhood collection from a nice guy here in Denmark.

Here is what was in the lot, as you can see there is missing a lot of weapons, figures, clothes and parts for vehicles and playset. But still a good collection :D

Epic haul there Lars!

Sorry Bram I missed your Proofs dude, that is going to be a sweet focus mate!

Another grail item for me this week, he has a crack in the bubble but it's getting harder to find one that doesn't without paying through the nose.

Also my first POTF MOC freakin love it, this was purchased using money my mates had put together for me as a 40th B'day pressie so this one will never leave my collection.

Ryan, I knew it would be a POTF Yoda. I have been after one of these for years now. With this acrylic focus at the moment it will be a while still before I get one. That looks amazing. It is very hard to find one without a cracked bubble so to me that is the norm in a way. Like you say, if it has a perfect bubble expect to pay big money for one. Well done buddy, very pleased for you.

Thanks Rob, very pleased with it. Who'd have thought I'd be getting SW toys for my 40th

Cheers Chris, yeah I know mate you've wanted one of these for a while. Kept searching for ages til I managed to work out a deal with Stephane on RS for his. Compared to some I've seen and been offered this one is in great nick.

Keep focussed on the cases mate, that's my next purchase for sure.

Thanks Ryan for the kind words :D

Wow Ryan that is a nice birthday gift, great yoda moc 8)

Glad you managed to sort a deal buddy. I may have some inheritance coming through soon which I have already said and earmarked a little of it to purchase a POTF Yoda.

I was offered 2 on RS within and hour of joining last year. Put up a little introduction and said Yoda was my focus figure and a POTF Yoda was a grail of mine and the offers shot in. Had to turn them down at that point though. Makes me laugh because if I hadnt spent all that I have over the last year I could have bought a decent one by now. But hey, I can wait a bit longer, I've waiting this long already so another few months or so isnt going to make much difference.

I also missed out on one on ebay last year as well. Was bidding and didnt get the last bid in. Only went for £92 as well.

That's a lot of loose Lars- instant collection and some first class MOCs Rob.

Great Yoda Ryan, one of the grails for any yoda fan.

Speaking of Ryan......I didn't mention that Ryan is.....DA MAN! 8)

Partial resealed Palitoy 12a Chewbacca. Cheers bud- I owe you one.

Wow Jeff, that is a very nice Farmer Luke, congratulations mate :D

A couple of my latest ESB backs

First is the AtAt Driver bought on here as a cardback with loose figure/weapon. The card was destroyed at the bubble section so i've done a sympathetic repair which is undo-able. I've started using double sided tape instead of PVA so the repair can be undone and does not damage the original card.

Next is the AtAt Commander. Bought on Ebay as a Palitoy card/figure with loose original bubble. Bubble is just lightly taped on.

Superb restoration skills, Barry- hats off to you, Sir.

Both look astounding, but I've been waiting to see what you were going to do with the AT-AT Driver you got from Jeff... and I'm not disappointed! Smashing stuff.

Thanks very much guys. As i said to Rob, might do a tutorial on what's involved with these restorations. Getting the black print right is proving to be a bugger but i'l get round that somehow 8)
